"It was a good place to stay for a night. The front office lady was very warm and helpful. The room was cute. The continental breakfast was good. Muffins, yogurt, coffee, bananas. Simply but yummy. The outside of the building and the interior is a bit rough, but the room itself was very clean."

"Room clean. No elevator, no automatic doors, noisy stairs that can be heard in the room. Zero communication with the hotel, as I called the facility several times to ask questions, no answer, can’t leave a message, no email contact. They made it tough on retired senior, by not honouring my request for a ground floor unit. Booked at least 7 months in advance. Never again."

"Was nice to have a hottub but it wasnt very warm and the slide was chaotic with many children acting in unsafe ways but not addressed by the hotel despite the area being on camera for everyone's safety. Room was okay but had left wet towel from previous guests hanging in our room and the hotel over all didnt have a very clean feeling. Pool area was very dirty. Will be making the trip again in 3 weeks and will be chosing to go with a different hotel in the area."

"The rooms are tired looking and need refreshing. When we turned on the air conditioner, it blew out about 30 dead flying insects onto our bed. The bathroom has mortar falling from the baseboard tiles, openings into walls and floors, complete with silver fish! The ceilings had clumps of dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling. The beds were hard and really uncomfortable. BTW, our room was just a few meters from a railroad crossing that blows its horn bc it is a passenger crossing. Very loud. With...
