Die Hotellage war an sich in Ordnung. Nur der Aufenthalt war miserabel. Der Service ist schlecht und das Wasser in dem Hotel lief für ein Tag nicht, sodass wir bei unserer Tochter im Hotel duschen mussten. Es gab keine frischen Handtücher, sodass wir die bereits benutzten Handtücher noch einmal benutzen mussten. Für die Kosten die wir bezahlt hatten, haben wir auch erwartet, dass der Service und Aufenthalt angenehm ist. Es war die reinste Katastrophe. Das Hotel hat von uns nicht einmal einen Stern verdient, zumal das Hotel ziemlich teuer war. Also noch einmal übernachten würde ich da nicht mehr.

Zimmerpreis trotz 60% Rabatt noch viel zu hoch. Das Zimmer ist ein typisches 800 bath Zimmer. Hatte im ganzen Zimmer keinen Spiegel. Hotel wird saniert und einige Zimmer sind zwar neu, aber auch nicht den Preis wert.

We checked in and checked out within the hour without unpacking our bags.We arrived to find the hotel under major refurbishment, which went on till late in the evening meaning no chance of a sleep in or afternoon siesta in the room or by the pool. We paid for Superior Queen rooms but they tried to put us in standard rooms, without offering a refund for the difference, as our rooms were being refurbished at the time. The hotel website lies on numerous facts about it's quality, facilities and proximity to local landmarks and shops we wanted to walk too and the staff were very unhelpful. I would not advise any to stay there that was looking for a relaxing holiday. If you are a single man who is going out all night and only want to sleep there then you may find it appealing for the right price. I walked 100 metres down the road and found a cheaper hotel and 10 times better in every way. I would like to know if Wotif will offer me some kind of refund as they are also fraudulently advertising this hotels quality on their website.

Balkon Einsturz Gefahr

Tägliche Renovierung im Hotel ,fließen wurden entfernt ,Holz wurde neu gestrichen und die Handwerker arbeiten von 8.00 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr. Schwimmingpool war kein Wasser drin. u.s.w Man Kann von Urlaub und Erholung nicht sprechen. Wir sind umgezogen in ein anderes Hotel.

we had work being done at the hotel from 8 am till 4 pm every day banging outside the room could not go on the balcony because off stuff falling also the pool was out off action which was very disappointing for myself and my daughter we checked out a day early because we was fed up thank you for making my holiday a nightmare

God beliggenhed, men slidt hotel.

Super god beliggenhed. Desværre var hotellet under renovering, så poolområdet var lukket og de hamrede og bankede fra kl. 8-17. Værelset var ok, men meget slidt. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Tænker det er et bedre hotel i højsæsonen. (Vi var der i juli/august)

Bad bad bad experience.

Bad bad bad !!! I book this hotel for a period of 6 days. This was paid in full in advance and even guaranteed with proof on paper from me. At reception 2 guys said with my arrival that there is no booking. They phone the owner / manager and could not sort it out between them. They give the phone to me and he said if i don't pay in full for that night then i must go. I pay again and the next morning i see him face to face at reception and he just give my nights money back with no explanation or excuse. At that stage he got proof of my payment in full in his hand.. They move me from one room to another where the phone did not work, door could not lock, television got no aerial connection wire, air conditioning make hard noise and could not sleep good at night, no water to shower in morning or toilet or any water at all and must ask daily for our free bottled water. This was a bad start of our holiday and spoil it totaly. Stay away from this Patong Swiss Beach Hotel.

GWに格安で行けたので文句は無いですが、安いだけのホテルです。海外のバックパッカーが多かったです。日本人にはシャワーは水。排水悪い辺りはきついかもしれません。スタッフなど英語のみですが親切に対応してくれました。

Wer schlechte Bewertung abgibt, scheint in einer eigenen Welt zu leben. Das Hotel ist für das Geld mehr als gut, Zimmer zwar klein aber gemütlich, alles da was man braucht, top w-lan Verbindung - Filme schaun ohne Ruckeln, Pool sauber, Liegen veraltet. Direkt am Strand und trotzdem ruhig. Wäscheservice und ein Supermarket direkt neben an. Top Personal mit 24h service. Flatscreen aufm Zimmer, Klimaanlage neu! Für 15 Euro die Nacht gibt es da nix besseres in dieser Lage mit einem Pool

Hyvin huonolaatuinen ja epäsiisti

Olimme erityisen pettyneitä hotellin henkilökunnan kielitaidottomuudesta . Siisteys oli lähinnä karmeaa. Parvekkeella linnun ulostetta ja sängynalunen täynnä pölyä ja roskaa, jopa yksi kenkä oli sängyn alla. Huoneen pinta-ala ei vastannut merinäköaloineen kuvausta ja wc:stä puuttui roska-astia, jota emme saaneet huoneeseen kielimuurin takia yhdeksän vuorokauden aikana. Ensimmäinen siivous saatiin vasta neljäntenä aamuna ja vesipulloja ei toimitettu huoneisiin vaan ne joutui mennä hakemaan respasta itse.. Uima-allas oli tosin pieni ja viihtyisä, vaikkakin varjoisuus hieman harmitti. Alue itsessään on rauhallinen ja laadukkaiden ravintoloiden lähellä. Vaikka kyseessä on beach front hotelli, niin uimarannalle on matkaa tovin verran.

Shocking

Room that I was given was in shocking condition all furniture falling apart. Nothing like the photographs on the web site. Upgraded to a some what better room with balcony at a considerable cost. This room did not have one matching piece of furniture and no wardrobe. Lucky to be alive the steel structure of balcony was so full of rust you could feel it move when you walked on it. Not to mention all the Pigeon poo on the hand railing that no one bothered to clean up. Had no water for a day and a half. Room floor tiles loose and cracked which would indicate structural issues to the building.Air conditioning out door unit made so much noise kept me awake. TV lost tuning which I finally fixed myself. Every day room cleaning would be different. Only one towel one day then no floor mat or face towels the next. No drinking water some days. Yes had kettle one cup and one mug no teaspoon no coffee or sugar. Referred most of the above to reception but nothing happened. Basically the place needs demolishing and re- built.

Nightmare, worst experience of my life,

Stigma for hotel industry, I tried to be ultra polite and get manhandled and hit on body and face thrice by manager mr shafi , he came to my room and abused me, threatened me, hit me. Got dead scared even to go to police, threatened me, charged 3000 bhat extra, didn't give receipt.staff doesn't understand English and mgr repeatedly tells me to cancel booking and get lost..

一番安い部屋はシャワーも水。出て来る水も汚い。ベットも狭い。ホテルの人はそんなに悪くないが部屋自体はあまりオススメしない。写真をみて綺麗そうと決めたので残念でした。
