Good hotel, a little run down but overall decent and well kept in the rooms. We had a little issue at check in as our room was taken but they took care of it and upgraded us to a better room. Breakfast and food in general was very good. Staff was very welcoming and nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week long stay at this resort. Incredible service by Sunset Beer Cafe staff, and entertainment team who run aqua fit classes most mornings. Our room appeared to be recently renovated, and areas of the resort were being upgraded during our stay. Convenient location to Patong markets, beach and plenty of restaurants but still felt quiet and far enough away from the busyness of Patong.

Family of five traveled from Chicago, IL it was a great experience with excellent service and staff members. We booked sunset deluxe with pool view large spacious room comfortably fit all of us.
