Stoney Creek Hotel Tulsa - Broken Arrow

"Room was clean, unfortunately no usb sockets at all. Pool was nice. Breakfast was usual fare. Hotel itself was very nice. Sadly fire alarm sounded at 5 am but no staff instruction on what to do even as the fire trucks turned up People were milling about inside the hotel. Told should be ok to return to room but receptionist was pretty clueless. Alarm kept sounding intermittently until about 9 am so no chance to get back to sleep."

"The hotel and rooms were clean. The bathroom looks updated and clean. However, the water from the shower keeps flooding the bathroom floor. I had to use towels to soak up all the water and prevent flooding. Also the sink's drain stopper linkage assembly needs to be adjusted so that water can drain properly. It was draining way too slow because the pop up stopper was adjusted too low. The toilet paper holder was also about to fall off - that needs to be repaired. And for some reason the outlet wattages were charging extremely slow. Oh, and it was too bad the pool was inaccessible due to repairs during our stay. The hotel staff were amazing, well-trained, and friendly. They were awesome in trying to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Amazing crew!!"

"I booked this hotel because the website stated the pool was open May through September. When I arrived that evening with 2 excited kids, we were told the pool did not open until the END of May. I am certain guests would like to know when this amenity is and is not available before booking."

"My first impression was good the out side was clean parking lot was good entering the lobby and family room was nice clean and tidy. I arrived about 5:30 pm young lady was at front desk took my ID and told her what kind of car I drovesigned the sheet gave her a 50$ cash deposit she said I would get back at check out signed for that. She gave me my room key asked if I got first floor which I asked for when made reservation she said no non were available . She told me I could use a luggage cart and use side door by elevator. So I did only to find handle on that entrance was broken off . After trip back to front desk another employee open the door for me. .my room was nice size was clean and tidy had everything the said . The ice machines on first and second floor didn't work but the one on third for worked. Went to laundry it was clean.did a load dry did not long enough to dry a load.so it cost double to dry. Used the jacuzzi water was warm but the jetties did not work little diappointed.they had towels and place for used. Tv worked fine iron worked.cj out was fine they returned my deposit and on to next stop."
