My sisters stayed there for 19 days and found A-One very convenient. Breakfast was more than ample and the staff were friendly. They will be very happy to stay there again in the future

Nice facilities, poor guest planning.

This hotel has a nice set up. Big clean rooms, good location, very clean, nice amenities and well maintained. The issue I had was that there seemed to be no thought given to how to arrange the guests within the hotel. I was on a floor with the vast majority of guests being adult, solo travellers or couples. Two families with young children were plonked in the middle of us all. Being woken up by screaming kids running up and down the corridor banging on doors at 7am is not Ok. Particularly if you are getting in at 4am. I did not get more than four hours sleep the whole trip due to the endless noise. Complaints were made to the parents and the front desk but absolutely nothing changed. Next time I will look for an adults only hotel or at least somewhere that has the common sense to keep solo travellers and families separate. Nice hotel but my experience here was awful. Also check-in took an absolute age, way too slow compared with most other hotels.

Enig nadeel was voor me dat bij het boeken wel geadverteerd werd met sauna en gym en swimming pool. Ha, toen ik daar aankwam was het een ander verhaal. Gym kon wel maar als ik naar de sauna wilde moest ik extra voor betalen en de zwembad ... Nou dat was het zwembad van een ander hotel iets van 200 a 300 meter lopen naar de overkant. Mijn hele motivatie was gewoon weg. Het gaat niet om het geld en niet dat ik moest lopen naar een ander hotel de zwembad, het ging me om de misleiding om te beginnen!!!!! Heb niet gezwommen en niet de sauna gebruikt!!!!!!!!!

Meget ringe sikkerhed, og falske billeder

Der gik en brandalarm kl 01:00 om natten, og her kan man rolig sige at intet af personalet havde styr på hvad deres job var i den situation. Mens vi var på vej ned af trapperne, var der andre på vej op som havde fået besked om at nogen havde røget på værelset, da jeg kontaktede personalet, sagde de “gå bare tilbage, det er ikke farligt” vi turde ikke gå op på værelset igen, før vi havde snakkede med nogen der vidste hvad der skete, vi gik rund om hotellet og kunne konstatere at der kom røg op fra hotellets P kælder. Nu fortalte en vagt at det skyldtes at en mand havde sprøjtet mod myg og det havde lavet røg og aktiveret alarmen. Her udover er billederne på Hotels.com ikke korrekte, de billeder af swimmingpoolen er ikke fra det hotel, da vi spurgte efter poolen blev vi henvist til nabo hotellet, som har en pool på størrelse med et badekar. Vi prøvede derfor at bruge den pool der lå på søster hotellet (og den var ok fin) her skulle vi dog så betale for at bade, og skulle selv medbringe håndklæder. Alt i alt et hotel vi aldrig kommer til at besøge igen.

2024.04末に3泊、立地的には良い方だと感じました 7-11も少し歩けばあり、向かえには個人でやっているような小さなコンビニ、ドラッグストアあり便利です スタッフの対応は悪いとは感じませんでした 部屋については、廊下での話し声がよく聞こえてました 食事は隣のホテルで、入ってから会場までの距離が思いのほか遠かったです

ทุกอย่างคือดีหมด ยกเว้นพักงานบริการ อาหารเช้า กับ fat coco พนักงานแบบอารมเสียตลอดเวลา สั่งอาหารก็ลืม ทั้งที่คนก็ไม่เยอะ ขอขอบคุณแม่บ้านค่ะ ดูแลความสะอาดดีมากกกบริการดี น้องๆๆที่ฟอนต์ด้วยค่ะ
