Wir wohnten vom 20.12.2024 bis 17.01.2025 für 28 Nächte im Haus Nr. 171. Das Haus wimmelte vor Ungeziefer! Kleine Ameisen krabbelten im Wohnzimmer, Eßzimmer und in der Küche auf dem Fußboden, auf den Tischen, über die Anrichte, und in den Schränken der Küche herum. Das Ungeziefer krabbelte in die Tastatur von meinem Laptop und in alle Ritzen. Besonders ekelhaft ist das in der Küche, wo selbst in den Schränken und auf dem Herd während dem Kochen alles krabbelt. Lebensmittel kann man nur in dichten Boxen aufbewahren. Genauso schlimm waren die Würmer, die ständig über den Boden kamen. Anfangs waren es mindestens 20 - 30 Tiere am Tag. Nach meiner Beschwerde kam ein Kammerjäger, dann wurden es weniger, aber es war nicht vorbei. Erst als ich selbst den Spalt im Wohnzimmerboden zur Garage mit Papier zugestopft habe kamen fast keine Würmer mehr, nur noch vereinzelt aus der Küche. Die Bäder sind verschimmelt, Handtuchhalter abgerissen, Regal am Spiegel verrostet und mit grünem Belag überzogen! Ekelhaft! In einem Bad stehen zwei Schrauben vom abgerissenen Handtuchhalter vor. Diese Schrauben sind auf Augenhöhe. Sehr gefährlich! Das Haus, bzw. der Pool sehen nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild oben! Man konnte sich auch kaum wegen den Mängeln beschweren, denn der sehr nette Mann der uns in Empfang nahm sprach kaum Englisch, ich konnte nur mittels Google Übersetzung mit ihm kommunizieren. Bei einer so teuren Unterkunft sollte es selbstverständlich sein, das Englisch gesprochen wird.

저렴하니 괜찮아요, 다만 약간 외진곳이라 그게 싫을 수 있지만 대신 조용하고 우리 가족만 있어 시끄럽게해도 어느정도 괜찮더라구요.

The pool in staff way great. I requested early check in could not check in early when I asked a week out. The bathroom was nasty they cleaned supposedly every day but the same hair which was not mine was in the shower everyday roaches where in the kitchen on the counter top when cut kitchen light on only good thing was in a neighborhood can walk to night market at motor bike was in front of property to get around

수영장 기대 안했는데 생각 보다 좋았음. 풀빌라도 2층짜린데 크고 화장실도 방마다 있어서 편함. 주방에서 요리를 해먹진 않았지만 주방도 크고 좋음.

2박동안 머물렀습니다. 파타야 시내하고는 다소 떨어져 있지만 조용하고 좋습니다. 시내까지는 저렴한 썽태우를 이용했습니다. 내부는 리모델링을 했는지 깨끗합니다. 가구는 오래되었으나 지내는데는 전혀 불편함 없습니다. 수영장 수질은 자동으로 계속 순환되면서 정수가 되는것 같았고 자유롭게 이용할수 있어 좋았습니다. 근처에 현지식당, 약국, 편의점 등이 있고 숙소 바로 앞에 걸어서 약1분 정도 거리에 야시장 있습니다. 저녁 및 야식거리 사다가 먹었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았습니다.

꼼꼼히 관리하시는것같아요

직원들 친절합니다. 자상하게 설명해주셔서 감사하네요^^ 시설도 가격대비 꽤 괜찮아요! 주변에 걸어서 돌아다닐 장소도 괜찮고 언덕위로가면 편의점 24시간으로 가까워서 좋습니다. 타이밍이 왠지는 모르겠지만 체크아웃타임에 오너가 와서 시설 괜찮았는지에 대한 피드백을 받길래 이것저것 알려드렸네요. 스위치에 홈파인거같은거 다 사진찍어가고 시설관리하시는분이랑 이야기하시더라구여 꼼꼼히 신경쓰시는것같아 신뢰가 갑니다. 오너분은 미국분이신것같았는데.. 암튼 200평 혼자 이용해본 후기는 만족입니다
