I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were truly outstanding, offering service that was more than excellent. The swimming pool was great, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The housekeeping team were kind, hardworking, and made sure everything was perfect. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious comfortable room with a great breakfast and 5 star roof top 20m pool and bar. Undercover parking was handy too. There is a 500m walk to Jomtien Beach.

Everything great except the pool color was not good. It was green not blue. Couldn't see a few meters down to my legs. So, needless to say the water was quite murky. I did take a dip in it, but was a bit fearful because the color wasn't attractive although I'm sure it was fine health wise. Everything else at the hotel was excellent including the pool deck, room & wonderful breakfast. Like I said, don't want to seem picky, but the pool color wasn't attractive, but besides that this is a great hotel. That breakfast was phenomenal, very very good. And the room very nice & great location to the beach, walking 5 minutes.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Something was not working properly and it was done in a few minutes. Rooms large and bright with small balconies. Smoking in rooms prohibited (as everywhere) but permitted on the balconies, so the smoke from your neighbors comes to your room ... might be a solution if smoking will also not be permitted on balconies on one side of the hotel ... Roof terrace is designed in a nice style and seperated in small sections, but there and at the pool is always loud pop-music ... sometimes a break or removing some loudspeakers to create a silent relax area would be great ... Most of the guests from Asia and Russia.

Horrible hotel that was dirty when we checked in

When we arrived at the hotel (after the stated check-in time) we were given a room, but when we got there someone was still cleaning it. No one had mentioned this at check-in. Not wanting a dirty room, we told the cleaner to take her time and said we'd wait in the pool. We were then told it was ready, but it was filthy, including having poo on the toilet seat. When we showed reception, they said they were horrified and that it was being recleaned, but when we went back the poo was still on the toilet seat. We were then offered another room, but it was half the size and they said they didn't have any rooms of the type we'd paid for to give us. In the end, we cleaned the room ourselves and just stayed in the original room. The cleaner even gave my husband cleaning materials, which seemed quite odd but perhaps guests end up having to clean their own rooms all the time? Also, the pool looks nice but due to its position on the roof, is like a very warm bath, so isn't refreshing at all.

Zimmer war für uns sehr gut. Bett top. Größe Deluxe Zimmer super. Seitliches Zimmer keine Sonne top. Kleiner Balkon aber ausreichend. Leider fehlt ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer. Gelegentlich Abfluss Gerüche. Dusche gut, Silikon könnte mal erneuert werden. Sauberkeit gut. Personal immer super freundlich. Frühstück recht asiatisch gehalten aber traf genau meinem Geschmack. Alles da von Cerialien über Salat Obst Reisgerichte Nudelgerichte Suppen Eier usw. Sogar Dim Sum gab es. Kaffee ok Säfte naja. Tische könnten sauberer sein. Pool Anlage sah ok aus haben wir nicht genutzt. Essen an der Poolbar lecker, Preise Bier und Essen jedoch teuer. Sanitärbereich öffentlich sehr sauber. Beachhandtücher kostenlos. Wir hatten 4 Wochen gebucht und jeden 2 Tag Obst auf dem Zimmer bekommen. Desweiteren waren 3 Glaschen Wasser und 3 Erfrischungsgetränke umsonst. Dazu noch endliche Chips und Knabberzeug. Bier im Kühlschrank kostet 70baht das ist auch ok. Zimmer etwas hellhörig und manche meinen die Zimmertüren zu knallen zu müssen, schreckliche Touristen findet man überall. Hotel liegt ca 200m vom Strand, ruhigere Zone für uns top. Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Hotel würden wieder buchen.
