We stayed in a pool villa. The villa was very spacious and well maintained.
The patio area beside the villa pool included dining facilities so we took advantage and ordered room service both from the bar and for evening meal. Service, food and drinkwere excellent. Nothing was a problem for the staff.
Breakfast was 5* and catered for both western and thai cuisines.
The hotel is in a quiet part of Pattaya away from the high density tourist area, very family friendly.
This was our 2nd visit and will not be our last.
A beautiful, clean, and peaceful hotel surrounded by lush greenery—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private beach is stunning and provides a quiet, exclusive atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
Great hotel with great staff and good breakfast. Only draw back is the dirty and rather short beach.

Room was emasculate, shower strength excellent, and a lovely view. Staff were always polite and helpful, special thanks to the gentleman who helped opened my luggage. Thank you, enjoyed my stay.
The view over the harbor and...
The spectacular breakfasts---freshest fruit juices, mango sticky rice, soups, prawns, varieties of Thai foods---for breakfast...
Overall a great time and experience! Staff very friendly and accommodating, always ready to serve the visitor's needs !

Disliked: Amenities
This hotel looks great in photos, but it doesn’t work as well in real life. The design is stylish, but not very functional — the layout feels more focused on aesthetics than practicality.
We stayed here mostly because of the breakfast reputation, but it was only average. Nothing bad, just not impressive or memorable.
Good for people who want a hotel that looks nice for pictures, but if you’re after comfort, great design flow, or something that feels “wow,” it may fall short.
Staffs were super nice, best breakfast (Thai cuisine, seafood, mango sticky rice), nice pool, really quiet. Beach in the morning with high tide was OK, but in the afternoon low tide was not good which needs improvement
The beach was littered with debris and didn't want to swim. Staff was nice but not as pleasant as other stays in Thailand. When arriving, VIP Gold status was not honoured and was told we could upgrade but we would have to pay. After Expedia got involved, no upgrades were available.

Wasn't impressed with anything. Didn't have the "5 star hotel" feeling. Small beach is there and advertised in the pictures but in the evening the water retreats and is just rocks mud and garbage. During the day cannot swim in the sea. Is far from everything and need to drive to any point of interest in Pattaya. Pool is nice only 1.2 m deep but closes at 7 pm which sucks. I want to be able to enjoy an evening swim even more because there's no beach swimming available. No closet in room, just few shelves and a metal bar for hangers, in plane sight..room was clean but detail maintenance is needed as should be in a 5 star hotel.again, not a 5 star hotel feel. After a 5 nights stay and not in the cheapest room, wasn't allowed late check out, not even by an hour as my flight is late in the evening.that was really disappointing
