It’s not a 5 star hotel at all

It’s described as a5 star hotel but it definitely wasn’t. It’s more like. 2-3 star at the most. It’s very old inside, seems like it hasn’t updated since 80s. The bed was very hard and it felt like we were sleeping on a cardboard box. Hotel.com should change the star rating more accurately. This was extremely misleading,

L'établissement n'est absolument pas un 5 étoiles mais 2/3 pas plus. Il est vetuste et semble sorti des années 80. Nuisances sonores de l'extérieur et surtout dans les chambres, éclats de voix, portes qui claquent sans arrêt, l'insonorisation est mauvaise. La piscine est un bassin nettement plus petit que ce que suggèrent les photos. Il faut souligner que la literie est correcte, le personnel à l'écoute du client et les prix attractifs.
