Cozy Cabin/guest house on 5 acres of fenced private land. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. A microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, crockpot, BBQ grill, and coffee pot exist. A rustic cantina, with a firepit, and lots of room to relax. Close to state land, in a quiet neighborhood. 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, and 40 minutes from Prescott! We have 3 horses on the property. They are familiar with dogs.
