TWO homes in ONE! Perfect for family gatherings and travelers who want to vacation together in separate private quarters. Spacious, accommodating and filled with charm, this home will provide the vacation of a lifetime that was Meant To Be.
Only a short block from the beach, this two-story home resides on the prized south end and east side of the tidal canal. In addition to lovely water views from two primary living areas, each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, four bedrooms and two full baths – plus a new full bath now makes 3 full baths downstairs.
Rich knotty-pine walls, hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings define the character of the top floor. Open concept living and dining areas enjoy abundant natural light and access to the large canal-side sun deck. A second sitting area shares space with the kitchen and provides access to the covered front porch where guests can comfortably lounge and dine al fresco.
Internal stairs provide easy transport to the ground floor where the spectacular canal-side sunroom boasts four ceiling fans, desk, TV sitting area, pool table, wet bar and plenty of room to work on your Carolina shag. The sunroom has access to the fenced yard, perfect for guests traveling with their dogs.
Other amenities include fixed and floating docks on the tidal canal, laundry room, outdoor shower, private parking and a covered outdoor storage area for your beach gear. Farther down along the same road is a small public boat landing - perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the creek.
