The house was just as described. The sleeping and living spaces suited our needs perfectly. Each family had a bathroom with their bedroom. There was plenty of space to spread out downstairs, and for the children to play. The sunrises over the ocean each morning were glorious, and at night we all enjoyed viewing the stars in the crystal clear skies. On warm days we were able to spread out on the screened-in porch.We did experience a couple of problems, Several of us had to check in for work, and the internet was glitchy. When it went out for the second morning in a row, the management team scheduled the internet technician to come. Also, the upstairs thermostat did not work, leaving it hot on the warm days, and cold on the cold days. The management team offered to have an electrician to come, but we declined thinking the change in the weather would take care of it. Before renting it in the future, you may want to be sure that has been addressed. The management team was very responsive, always returning calls promptly.We enjoyed our Pawleys Thanksgiving and appreciated having this comfortable, well-situated house in which to make memories!
