Just renovated! Amazing view of the ocean. This 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath oceanfront condo is located in the exclusive Litchfield by the Sea gated community. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are stunning from this 4th floor unit which also overlooks the pool and lazy river. Furnished with 2 Queen beds in the master, this condo sleeps up to 4 people. New wood flooring, bedding and living room furnishings, this condo is ready to be your next vacation getaway. The galley kitchen leads into the charming living room. The private balcony is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views and ocean breezes.

Bridgewater amenities include pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river, hot tub, & easy beach access. Also enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea including 24 hour gated community security, lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers, walking and bike paths, beach clubhouse, marsh and creek views, and one of the best beaches in South Carolina!

Condo includes microwave, dishwasher, full-size oven, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utinsels, 2 TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, dining table, oceanfront balcony. Washer and dryer available in building on 2nd floor.

Litchfield beach is located just 70 miles for a day trip to Charleston, SC or 25 miles to the attraction of Myrtle Beach. Just minutes to fine dining in Pawleys Island or the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, famous for its seafood restaurants. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within a 3 minute drive. You are surrounded by several top-rated golf courses as well.

We had a great stay! The oceanfront view can’t be beat, the condo (and the Bridgewater property) was very clean and the owner was communicative. We were offered fresh towels every day and housekeeping even offered to take garbage. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely, well-supplied condo with an awesome view of pool and beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Bridgewater is part of a large gated community. Very well landscaped and nice scenery. Grocery store close by. Visit Murrells Inlet for great seafood and boardwalk on the Marsh.

The condo was beautiful & very clean, enjoyed our get away so much. If I could change anything it’d be tall chairs for the balcony so you could get a better look at the view!!

Bridgewater @ Litchfield by The Sea

Super location with 4th floor view of the pool and beach. Plenty of room for a couple and would think a family of 4 (young children - 2) would also be able to manage in this well equipped room. There isn't a long wait on an elevator at any time of the day. The grounds of the resort are well kept and very pretty. The property owner is very accessible and is a good communicator.

Images reflected property exactly! Beautiful view, very clean, and we’ve stayed in many units at this location previously and this unit is very lovely! Beds are a bit firm, so bring a topper if you like a softer sleep, but no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Everything was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not clean the floors very well. When we arrived there was obvious dirt, dust and sand under living room furniture but ovrall the property was nice.

Bridgewater - Oir favorite place!

Thanks to Ed Conway for allowing us to rent his beautiful condo- we were in our happy place! This was our 4th consecutive year. We have extended our stay each year. This unit was newly renovated unit was the best so far. Beautiful and ranked a 10 for us Can’t wait to be back next fall. Thanks Ed!!

Great beach /ocean view

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bridgewater in Lichtfield by the Sea. Gorgeous views. Unit needs minor fixes but it didn’t spoil our visit. Beach is A plus. Rented chairs and umbrella easily online and they were set up and waiting for us by the time we arrived at the beach. Great restaurants around too. Shout out to Dead dog Saloon. Great food (high end bar food) and fantastic music! Great area to walk and relax.

We had a lovely stay in this condo. Ed was responsive and informative as to how to check in. We had no issues whatsoever. Gorgeous condo. We have stayed in Bridgewater frequently, renting from the resort directly with mixed results. We wont be doing that again---we will only be staying in Ed's condo.

Litchfield by the Sea

We love Litchfield Beach and our stays in Litchfield by the Sea. We’ve gone for years. This is the nicest Bridgewater property we’ve ever stayed in. The updates have made all the difference. There are two bathroom areas (with a shared shower), and a widened kitchen area, all new appliances and updated finishes. Ed communicated by text and was helpful, clear, and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!!

Very nice renovated condo. Lacked closet/storage space, which forced us to have suitcases in the family room. Galley layout from exterior to bedroom to kitchen to living space. No washer/dryer in unit but community facilities available. Lazy river, pool and beach access were perfect.
