The staff were very nice. There was a gap all the way around our door. The heat took about 3 hours to warm the room up enough for us to take our coats and hats off. It is not the fault of the hotel that dining options were sparse near by. I appreciated the location as we were needing to go to Roberts, IL to make a purchase. It worked out great. An elevator seems to be a must for a two story hotel...
