Amazing resort! The staff made our stay the best!! Nicky, Bayu, Lia, Erik, Tina and many others treated us like family. Resort and pools are stunning. Food is world class. We felt very safe and our every need was met by staff from spa to nightly shows. Best resort we have stayed at.

What an incredible stay we had at the Kayon Jungle Resort. Myself and my partner visited as part of our honeymoon trip to Bali and we could not speak highly enough of the experience we had at this beautiful hotel. From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel as special as could be, whether it be constantly remembering my wife’s vegan dietary requirements and supporting accordingly, or such simple things as remembering exactly what we had been up to on any given day and checking in at every moment. Nothing was too big an ask, including arrangement of private transport for our own excursions (shout out Malen our driver!) or recommendations for places to visit/do. We could not recommend this place enough, the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and the whole island. Loved it!

If I could rate this hotel 6 stars out 5 I absolutely would, I genuinely can’t think of a better hotel in Bali than the Kayon Jungle Resort.. I’ve stayed here three times now and the one thing that keeps me coming back time and time again is the staff.. When you walk in, you literally feel like royalty.. Everyone is just so kind and genuine and you really feel like you’ve become part of their Balinese family throughout your time here.. I loved it so much that I even booked another stay here next year.. The pool bar and surrounding area literally feels like it’s been taken out of a painting with each of the pools flowing into the one below, it resembles a rice terrace field and gives a striking visual which is one of the reasons the resort has become so popular on Instagram and TikTok.. They really knew what they were doing when designing this place and it screams luxury! I can’t wait to see you all again next May! 🙏

The Kayon Jungle Resort was AMAZING! They exceeded all expectations, from the food to the views everything was perfect. The staff are super friendly/ humble and go above and beyond to meet all your needs. I will definitely be back for a future visit and recommend anyone that hasn’t already to add this place to their bucket list it is a must!

Incredible Jungle Experience

The most incredible experience being in the middle of the jungle in such a stunning hotel. The views from every part of the hotel are outstanding. We were treated like royalty by all of the staff. The facilities were faultless as was the food the three nights we stayed there.

The property blending right into the side of a steep mountain and nature , was an exceptionally beautiful and unique property. The entire staff was awesome from the time we were picked up by their driver till the moment we left they were striving to give you excellent service . Food and entertainment was also exceptional , one of our best trips if not the best !

The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning.

This is an absolutely amazing property right in the middle of the wilderness near Ubud. It is a 2-2.5 hour car ride from Denpasar airport, but the spectacular natural surroundings and the peace and serenity are well worth the transit time. The hotel kindly offered us a free upgrade to their Royal Villa, which is huge and luxurious, with a large patio and outdoor seating. We made almost constant use of the private heated pool and jacuzzi :) The staff were wonderful - special shoutout to our butlers Leah and Risky for making our stay so comfortable. The food was excellent, and there was an extensive menu. Room service was significantly faster than in most other hotels. I enjoyed the spa too, which was very tranquil. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Can't wait to go back next year!

Our stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort was nothing short of transcendent. Words struggle to do justice to an experience that must truly be lived. The hospitality here is extraordinary, orchestrated with impeccable grace by Front Office Resort Manager Mr. Gusti, whose leadership clearly sets the tone for a team that communicates with remarkable attentiveness about every guest’s preferences and experiences. Our primary butler Ms. Windy anticipated needs before we voiced them, while Ms. Augustini, our experiences butler, curated every moment with exquisite care and warmth. Their attention to detail is a masterclass in hospitality that many in the industry would do well to study. The highlights were unforgettable; a romantic couples spa, a breathtaking candlelit dinner at the chapel, and a magical birthday evening by the infinity pool where an acoustic group serenaded us with classic love songs. Our travel assistant Nova, on a day tour thoughtfully arranged by Manager Luis, introduced us to temples, a coffee plantation, and a traditional Balinese home, a cultural immersion that enriched the entire stay. If there were ever a place where a husband could earn lifelong brownie points, this is it. My wife declared this her most memorable birthday ever. Quite simply, the best gift a man can give his woman is the Kayon Jungle Resort experience.
You walk in to the warmth of the crew and it never ends until you leave.
Floating Breakfast w the photoshoot was a great way to kick off my wife's birthday.
The Valley View Villa is a must-experience. Definitely worth paying for the upgrade.

The Kayon Jungle Resort is nothing short of exceptional. We were blown away from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is stunning (even better than the photos) with one of the most impressive pool setups we’ve ever seen — seamlessly blending into the jungle. The atmosphere throughout was quiet, tranquil, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was huge and absolutely gorgeous. All staff were outstandingly friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed. A special mention to Putu Ari, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and Deni (our lovely driver) To celebrate the team surprised us with a beautiful flower bath and cake which was such a romantic and thoughtful touch. I received a birthday blessing whilst having a floating breakfast...AMAZING!! All meals and drinks were so delicious, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. The acoustic guitarist was incredible— he somehow knew every song we requested — and the traditional dancers were captivating and authentic. We also loved the yoga sessions in the breathtaking pavilion overlooking the jungle — a truly serene experience. The Spa was incredible and one of the best we’ve experienced, leaving us completely relaxed and refreshed. We loved egg painting with Ranazurana too. Kayon Jungle Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We are absolutely going back — and next time, for much longer. Renee & Steve

We had an incredible stay at The Kayon Jungle Resort. The property is tucked into the jungle with gorgeous views and a peaceful vibe, with only 38 rooms and suites. We stayed in a private jungle-view pool suite, and it was everything we hoped for: relaxing, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The staff truly made our stay special. Lia was especially kind and attentive when my daughter wasn’t feeling well, and Sapti, Yoga, and Kristna were equally warm and professional. Every team member we met showed genuine care and pride in their work (I asked. It turns out it comes from the top, and it shows). Shout out to our driver, Sandi, as well, for waiting patiently while we explored the Monkey Forest on our way to the next hotel. The pools are stunning, the design is beautiful, and the whole place feels like a luxurious retreat. The food was excellent across the board, great flavors, generous portions, and beautifully presented. Room service was especially impressive, and we relied on it quite a bit when my daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something quiet, personal, and authentic near Ubud. One thing to note: the resort is open to non-guests from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for pool, food, and drinks, but guests get access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., which was a nice bonus.
