Nestled in a rural area and within walking distance of the East Verde River that runs through the community, this amazing area offers a relaxing retreat for guests. Rim Country Museum and Myra's Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rancho Tonto Catch-A-Trout and Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. With a true rustic cabin feel, Trout Creek Cabin features a king bed, queen bed, and a sofa bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. We had such a relaxing stay at this mountain getaway! The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a cozy retreat. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog, and we loved how close it was to the river—such a peaceful spot for morning walks. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, which made it easy to unwind. They should call this place the Hobby Lobby Comfort Cabin. It's very cozy and quaint. The decor is very woodsy and like you stepped into the outdoor section at Hobby Lobby. I love it. It's had just the perfect size and amenities for a family of five to start for a few. It has a neat wrap around deck that you can sit on and just take in the outdoor tranquility. Friendly neighbors that welcome you. Plenty of accessories if you want to play games. A fire pit to start gaze by. This was such a wonderful retreat. Thank you.

Great rustic getaway

Everything was clean and useful. Decorated beautifully and had all amenities you need for a mountain retreat. Pups loved the backyard and playground down the road. Great little community with lovely creek and trails.

The BEST

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years all over the US and this one was amazing. I came in to Phoenix for the first time to visit a close friend who lives locally and she’s already talked about wanting to come back with her family. You can tell the owners care about their guest and really have taken the time to think about what might be helpful for their guests.

Perfect nature getaway !

Cozy Stay and neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay place is cozy we enjoyed being able to play tennis and basketball near by and walk by creek. This was our first time traveling with our small dogs they loved the out door area. It was gated good for my small dogs.

One of the best cabins ive stayed at!

And ive been to a lot. From luxury to very rustic. This one felt extra homey, clean, and cozy. It has everything you need. We very much enjoyed the finishing at the nearby river. We honestly wish we couldve had stayed longer. Until next time? Thank you again!

Great, quiet spot. Very detailed listing!

We received very detailed instructions and directions to the property. This was crucial, as the cabin is in a great location but not super easy to find without these directions. The property was very clean, with everything included exactly as it appeared in the listing. Quiet and cool evenings in late March. Exactly what we wanted, away from town, traffic, etc. Thank you!!!

We loved Trout Creek Cabin!

Great location! Cabin was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Comfy! We will definitely stay again. Communication was excellent with the hosts and they provided lots of info on local hikes, fishing and things to do.

Great cabin in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin is well equipped with more than just the essentials. Decor is very cute and accommodations very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to the river and the park every day with our dog. We would definitely consider staying at this cabin again.
