An enjoyable level stroll to the beach, cafe, fine dining restaurant
and Arboretum along with world class bush walking trails at your
doorstep.

Relax whilst listening to the wildlife and ocean from the front and
back decks and in the open plan kitchen.

In the cooler months enjoy the cosy slow combustion fire both in
the lounge and a romantic open fire in the main bedroom.

* 6 minute walk to the beach, including rock pool, or indulge in fine dining at Amalfi
* Linen provided (just bring your beach towels)
* 8 minute drive or 3km (one way) bushwalk to Patonga to enjoy a
meal at The Boathouse or catch the ferry to Palm Beach.
* 5 minute walk to Pearl Beach Arboretum

* 6-10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong for supermarkets, retail
and a larger range of cafes and restaurants.
* There is a locked shed located at the back on the property with
the owners belongings
* We are lucky to share this space with wallabies, echidnas,
lizards, snakes and an abundance of birds including a few bugs ad
spiders. Please be gentle.
* Driveway parking only with a footbridge to take you to the front
door.

Nearby Attractions: A short 10-minute drive brings you to Umina Beach, home to supermarkets, eateries, and a stunning surfing beach.

Patonga: Visit the famous Patongha Boat House or take the ferry to Palm Beach.

Warrah Trig Track: Visit in spring for breathtaking views and blooming Waratahs.
