Exclusive holiday villa for rent in Tuscany, located near Volterra in the Valdera area.
The villa is equipped with every comfort: the interiors, tastefully furnished, offer large and bright spaces, including 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool with solarium, a barbecue area and a large garden.
The house is located near the owner's farm, whose products can be tasted in the local restaurant, just 650 m from the villa. In the farm there is also a riding school for those who want to learn to ride horses.
Villa Massimiliano is surrounded by a beautiful hilly landscape, where you can enjoy relax, tranquility and entertainment!

The villa is accessible via a white road of about 2 km in good condition.

At guests' disposal: large private swimming pool (18 x 10 meters; minimum depth: 20 cm; maximum depth: 1.40 meters), area equipped with barbecue and wood-burning oven, brazier, wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning in the rooms, billiard table and football table, 4 rooms + 1 suite with large whirlpool tub
Distances: Fabbrica with food shops 3 km away, Volterra with all kinds of shops 18 km, Pisa 50 km, Florence 50 km, Castelfalfi with golf course 20 km away.

Ground floor: entrance on a bright living and dining area with kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) and access to the outside.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms both with balcony and private bathroom with shower.
Second floor: large suite with double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom with shower and access to a panoramic terrace.
Lower floor: double bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Both these rooms have access to the outside.
Basement floor: large living room with billiard table, WC.
