It is a very maintained and nice hotel, our room was spacious and well-equipped and clean. Great price too, in great location (for us), and incl. a nice breakfast bar. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Recommend!

Terrible hotel

This hotel lacks the most important: service, quality, English. No cleaning of rooms for 4 nights! Never ever experienced anything like. Reception poor/no English. No value for money. Stay away! We were 11 people 5 rooms. Alle equally bad experience.

I had to change the room because no hot water for the shower, and in the new room, the air conditioner is not working, so sleep with a lot of high temperature. Afternoon check-in staff, ask us to fill out the forms for all guests, including children, so I had to fill out for all of us. I complained why you do not copy the passport and fill the form for the only adult guest. He said 'No'. Police required. Evening staff is very helpful, but he can not do anything because it is a facility problem and he cannot repair the problems.

The hotel claims to be 4 stars but should be 2. All pictures presented are at least 10 years old as this was probably the last time they invested anything in the hotel. Everything is old worn out and in some cases broken. The rooms and hotel smelled of food day and night. The cleaning service did almost nothing, 1 day they threw back the bedcover and left without even cleaning the bathroom. I had better breakfast at 2 star hotels then this. I never felt more ripped of then this time, charging 70 Euros per night for this old used motel.

Nur freundliche Bedienstete fehlen!

Bis auf den unfreundlichen Empfang durch eine desinteressierte junge Frau beim Check in war ich mit dem Hotel, dem Zimmer und dem Frühstücksbüffet sehr zufrieden. Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen bzw. Mitarbeiter würde dem Hotel sehr helfen!

Das Foto entspricht nicht der Unterkunft. Das Hotel wirkt abgewohnt und wenig freundlich. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und die Ausstattung entspricht weder 3 noch 4 Sterne. Das Frühstück war gut. Ich fühlte mich nicht willkommen und werde nicht noch einmal wiederkommen.
