Luxury Three Bed House With Private Pool, Garden and BBQ

Warm Breeze is an exclusive luxury 3 bedroom property situated in a private 7 villa cul de sac in the picturesque area of St George. The villa has its own private garden with 10 x 5m pool, large patio area. Furnished to an extremely high standard. There are 2 large double bedrooms upstairs with balconies. The master has a massive balcony overlooking the sea with fantastic sunset views. A large en suite with double shower and jacuzzi bath, and a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a balcony and views to the mountains, a large en suite with double shower. The third bedroom is a twin room on the ground floor, with adjacent shower room. The living area is large and open plan. A large well equipped kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge/freezer and separate wine cooler. The lounge is large with views over the pool and garden, complete with TV, 2 x 3 seater settees and leather lounger. The dining area is equipped with dining table and chairs. There is also a 3 seater sofa bed. The whole villa has fans, air conditioning and central heating for visits in the winter months. Outside there are private gardens to the front and rear with a driveway. Built in BBQ, toilet and shower. 4 sun loungers, 2 parasols, large patio table and chairs. Welcome packs are available on request. There is a cot/playpen & high chair

The villa is wonderfully well equipped with everything you could need to cook, barbecue, relax and unwind. The well cleaned pool is amazing and all the outside space lovely including the balconies. The next door neighbours were friendly and really helpful. The owners were really responsive and helpful prior to our stay and responded very quickly when we had a small issue during our stay with the power. The area is very peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Villa is in excellent location only a short walk down to the lovely St George’s harbour with lovely clear water, and we got to swim with a turtle!! My only small quibble would be that in all other villas in the med with a stay over 2 weeks we have had a mid stay clean and fresh sheets. But as the villa was very clean to start with this is a minor complaint! We would love to return hopefully soon.

Absolutely great villa - easy to find and in a very quiet neighbourhood. 10 min drive to Coral Bay and 30 from Harbour. Villa had everything we needed including a lovely big pool. We had a problem with the electricity but this was quickly sorted out. Neighbours looking after property were also welcoming and extremely helpful. Would definitely visit again

The pictures on the website do not do the property justice we were really impressed. A fantastic villa with a really good sized pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was the most relaxing holiday we have had in years.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of fantastic! We were met with a wonderful, luxurious 3 bedroom villa that far exceeded our expectations. The villa was brilliantly clean on arrival and superbly appointed with every mod con you could wish for. The whole living accommodation was very airy, with bathrooms/showers for each room. The pool was huge and the surrounding area was very quiet, and only a stones throw from Coral Bay. Communications with the villa owners was exceptional – before and during our stay. They were very proactive and informative with everything we needed for the villa. This was our sixth time holidaying in this area of Cyprus and this villa and our stay was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable. We WILL definitely be booking again – I cannot rate this villa highly enough. The Lewis family Hampshire

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour , la villa correspond a la description des proprietaires . Le séjour a ete agreable aussi bien pour nous les parents que pour les enfants . L’endroit est tres reposant , la piscine est incroyable , nous avons rencontré de gentils voisins qui etaient tres sympatique et serviable, À Paphos et ses environs on a pu découvrir de tres beaux endoits ( plages , montagne , etc …..). Il est preferable d’etre vehiculé . Nous tenons à remercier Jane et Vince pour leur disponibilté .

Excellent location for a quiet holiday which is what we wanted. Had a problem with the electric tripping and had to contact Vince who arranged for an electrician to visit to resolve the problem. Lovely clean large pool. Big bedrooms with very big en suite to bedroom 1. The wifi was good. The ac timer in bedroom 2 is only 1 hour which is not long enough to give a good night sleep. The inside of the villa was a bit tired and could do with a deep clean. There were stains on the blinds which either need cleaning or replacing. All the shower screens had water marks on.

We had a fantastic holiday in Agios Georgios. In addition to the great weather and lovely local area, the Warm Breeze Villa was a fantastic place to stay. The private pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun while the Villa was spacious and well appointed. We'll definitely be returning !

We would like to start this off by saying that the photo's do not do this beautiful home justice. We were absolutely thrilled on arrival! The lights were on for us as we got in on a late flight. The house was spotless. Lots of little extra's to make the stay special. Amazing spa bath, and much used ice dispenser for the hotter days. The neighbourhood was perfect as it was close to everything but was far away enough for it to be very quiet. The pool are and BBQ was perfect! Everything was super comfortable. Thanks Jane and Vince we will definitely be back!

The villa is perfectly planned with two bedrooms on the second floor and one on the entrance. All with very good space and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Unfortunately the villa was not cleaned very well and there were no cleaning instructions - for example how to clean and rinse off the pool area. Also the villa is poorly equipped. Especially the kitchen equipment - either very worn or some things were missing completely. I understand why there is only plastic glass (to protect the pool area from glass splinters) but you have to make sure they are ok - we could not use some of them. The pool was great but we were missing parasol to move around, there were no shade in the afternoon. The AC is strictly put on auto and turns of in 2 or 3 hours. Sure, you can put it on again but during night this means you have to wake up first. To summarize our stay: this is a great villa in a nice neighborhood that needs to work with the details. We hope that our review will help you to perhaps improve some of them.

I Booked the property as a surprise for my wife, daughter, son in Law and grandson, I picked this particular property because it looked a cut above the others that I had viewed, I was certainly not disappointed when we arrived! In my opinion, the pictures do not do this place justice, it is very spacious and modern inside, all facilities were really good, the beds were modern, spacious and very comfortable, the owners have obviously invested with a view to making this a very special place, it really is luxurious. In the evenings, with the downstairs lights and the pool light on, it looks stunning. We sat on the upstairs balcony on many an evening watching the sun set onto the sea, which again, really gives this place a feel of something very special. Warm Breeze is situated in an idyllic area, just North of Coral Bay, it is away from the busy resort areas, but not too far when doing the transfer from Pafos Airport. I especially enjoyed the drive from Coral bay to the Villa, passing the banana plantations etc. I felt that we were part of Real Cyprus, not in some area carved out for tourists. It is in a great location for having a ride out to the local beaches, we especially enjoyed "Latsi Beach" . We ate in a very nice family owned restaurant called "Sunset Restaurant" around the corner from Warm Breeze, well worth a visit. There is a nice village nearby called Peyia, it is a traditional Cypriot village in the hills, which has some fantastic Pubs & Restaurants, another amazing place. I would go as far as to say that Warm Breeze is the best holiday home that we have ever stayed in.

Really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful. Area perfect for exploring and the developments taking place around the Agios Gergios area are unobtrusive but will bring additions to the area in the next few years. There are two fantastic restaurants within walking distance, but the house contains every facility needed to be a perfect home from home in a idyllic location.

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Dennoch sind die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Paphos schnell und problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren beeindruckt von der großzügigen, geschmackvollen und gepflegten Einrichtung unseres Feriendomizils. Die Ausstattung der großen Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Neben reichlich Geschirr und Besteck waren alle notwendigen elektrischen Geräte, sogar ein Weinkühlschrank, vorhanden. Jedes der drei schönen Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Bad mit großer Dusche, das besonders geräumige Bad des "Hauptschlafzimmers" zusätzlich über eine Jacuzzi-Badewanne. Von diesem sehr ansprechenden und hellen Schlafzimmer und dem angrenzenden Balkon hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und grandiose Sonnenuntergänge. Die große und rundherum schön bepflanzte Terrasse war mit zahlreichen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet und der saubere Pool lud zum Baden ein. Wir haben die vielen Annehmlichkeiten im "Warm Breeze" sehr genossen und empfanden auch den Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr freundlich und angenehm. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder. Ingeborg & Andreas R.

This property is exactly as the owners described......luxury! We loved everything about it. It's incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable and is very well equipped throughout. The quality linen, a rain shower, jacquzzi bath, American style fridge freezer and wine chiller offer the home comforts we enjoy. With a fantastic pool and comfortable sun loungers this property provided everything we required for a relaxing holiday and we were very sad to leave!

House exactly as described. Clean, spacious, beautiful and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Great swimming pool which is being maintained twice a week. We had an issue with water in the bathrooms and the owners reacted immediately. Would recommend to all!

Transportation a must as local bus service rare and quiet a way out from the main hub of holiday resort. Just what we wanted though to listen to the sound of the sea at night. Total peace.
