Beautiful house "Inma", built in 2002. In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. Vakantie woning op 20 min van de kust

Het huis op zich beviel ons zeer,enkel was het huis wel boven op een berg, altijd de auto nodig. Wij hadden wel veel last van muggen en kleine vliegjes. WiFi verbinding was niet denderen.

Maison agréable et bien équipée. Un bémol, lorsque la clim du bas (séjour) est branchée celle du haut (chambre) est reliée et n'est plus réglable individuellement. Du coup soit la chambre du bas a chaud (si clim éteinte) soit celle du haut a chaud (si clim en marche).
