EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. TOP CLASS MEALS WITH GOOD CHOICE. FREE AND HEARTY BREAKFAST WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. EVERYTHING SO WELL PRESENTED. BAR HAD GOOD CHOICE OF DRINKS, ALSO VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE TOWN'S MAIN ATTRACTION - THE CASTLE. A VERY RELAXED ATMOSHERE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM.

The staff is really helpful and friendly. The rooms could be little more nicer. Looks very old. Maybe some AC could also help. Breakfast is ok. But dinner is super good. One big annoying thing is the big clock tower just outside window that rings 24/7.

An excellent hotel

We had a most enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and professional. We ate in the bar or restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the interesting menu and the quality of the food. Definitely the place to stay in Pembroke.

Very comfortable stay. Good, convenient location and with the bonus of private parking. Great breakfast and we enjoyed a variety of small ( not very small ! ) plate evening meals in the very homely pub.

Excellent food, well prepared, excellent choices on menu, staff are caring and courteous. The inn itself is a little quirky, I can see the character in the rooms upstairs. All in all a good central base to explore the area.

You get a warm welcome on arrival. The hotel is situated in a great place opposite the CSTLE. The room was warm, clean and very comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee. Great place to stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast & delivery was exceptional The house keeping of our room was excellent What I would recommend is a new mattress & bedding, this let down our comfort. The mattress creaked & you could feel springs every time you turned over.

I booked a single room which was cosy and the bed was very comfy. I had the best shower and a great sleep. Free easy to get to parking. Most staff were super lovely, I worked a night shift and was too tired to get up for breakfast on request they packed my breakfast for me which was such a sweet touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely old Welsh hotel in the main part of town. It has great traditional decor, wonderful room with large window, breakfast was very nice with very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the absence of much in the way of public transportation from the ferry port to the main part of Pembroke where the hotel was located. That was not the fault of the hotel so the hotel itself was great!

The staff were very welcoming at this hotel. The room was nice and big but there was a strange doorway up some steps to our room in an annex. Parking was very tight so you have to be a confident parker and access to the car park is along a road at the back of the hotel. The restaurant meals were fantastic - super quality, so much so that we didn't venture elsewhere for our evening meals. For me they were 10/10. Breakfast was ok - for some reason it didn't come above ok compared to the evening meals (not sure why). Location was great and very handy for our first visit to Pembroke. I would definitely stay here again.
