The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly - restaurant and kids club staff were lovely! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a whole range of delicious food - something for everyone. We had a pool access room which was fantastic - the pool was great, it had a slide for kids and a couple of pool bars that meant it was easy to slide up for cheeky drink every now and again. The beach club (across the road - though you wonā€™t notice it) was great, the pools there were excellent, with the food and drink offerings just as good as the rest of the resort - the Japanese was excellent! Movie night for kids is also held at the beach club and it was a lovely setting for the kids to settle down whilst the parents had a chilled dinner nearby.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The luxury room, the staff is super friendly and make you feel very welcoming. Anggapopon helped us with our luggage and was ready with our to go breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect.
