"I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars for their great service. Flights were cancelled out of Curacao for a week in January, which extended our 1 week stay by an additional week. Despite being nearly packed, they managed to get us 2 rooms for a whole additional week. They frequently checked on us to make sure we were ok. Everyone on the property was exceptionally hospitable and went above and beyond to make our unexpected stay as cozy as possible. Everyone on site was incredible! Special shout out to Miguel (the manager), Maya (who was excellent at communicating with us, and worked through New Year's), Darrell (our bartender ;) ) On top of that, the location is unique and wonderful, lots of great restaurants, centrally located. The property is pretty. Our experience there was excellent!"
