"The check in lines were long and the workers appeared to be very disorganized. Other than that I had wonderful vacation."

"No service staff at the pool or beach. Disappointing for a large brand (Hilton). Most wait staff indifferent with no smiles. Not very hospitable. Everywhere else on the island the people were warm and friendly. Most of the hotel staff, too. Just not the bar staff. "

"We were in the 'Scoop' building. The place is old, the value is there. I had a kitchenette which is old, but the room was very big. Cleaning ladies are very nice. The location is great, walking distance to everything in Punda. The hot water for shower changes everyday, sometimes cold sometimes hot. Very close to the floating market, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Very near the Queen Emma bridge. I loved Punda and Otrabanda, a must-see. Overall it is a good value but be aware it is old."

"I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive. Well you dont have much of a view. You have a view of their solar system. So if you want a nice view, get a window room. Location in Otrabanda is very good. "
