"Friendly staff, nearby everything, great bar and casino. The only down side was that there was no hot water for the whole stay due to plumbing issues so it was not pleasant to shower but they were aware of and reportedly actively working on it and something outside of their control. "

"We were in the 'Scoop' building. The place is old, the value is there. I had a kitchenette which is old, but the room was very big. Cleaning ladies are very nice. The location is great, walking distance to everything in Punda. The hot water for shower changes everyday, sometimes cold sometimes hot. Very close to the floating market, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Very near the Queen Emma bridge. I loved Punda and Otrabanda, a must-see. Overall it is a good value but be aware it is old."

"I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive. Well you dont have much of a view. You have a view of their solar system. So if you want a nice view, get a window room. Location in Otrabanda is very good. "

"The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed. "

"Everything was great. The bell guys were extremely kind. I cant remember the guys name, but he was a light skinned, black guy, he seems to work in the afternoon. He worked on Friday and Saturday afternoon. He was extremely helpful and kind. Also, Shavon at the restaurant outside was extremely kind. Oh yeah, also the check in guy, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He worked Friday at roughly 3pm - I cant remember his name. The property was also very well maintained. "
