Quick stop over but worth it

Very nice hotel. Very comfy bed and bathroom. Looked like the pictures and its facilities were good. Food was average at best plenty of other places to eat if you just want a nice nights sleep

I stayed here before COVID when Star Semabu had just opened. I like the location, pool and grounds. Staff are attentive and helpful.

The pool was completely green so slippery and disgusting, our room was so creaky we couldn’t move without waking everyone up. The door toilet door wouldn’t work, the floor was insanely loud! Very very loud! The staff acted like they hardly cared. Transport for a 3 minute drive to harbour is 100k.. You could hear people’s conversation word for word, definitely would not recommend especially for couples lol.

Prima plek met fijne bedden. Maar hotel heeft geen sfeer, ontbijt is slecht (koffie zelfs niet te drinken) en personeel ongeïnteresseerd en spreekt amper Engels. Op de avond voor ons vertrek lagen we in bed een film te kijken. We werden ons bed uit gebeld door de receptie dat we per se moesten komen betalen. Dat kon niet bij check-out. Zeer onklantvriendelijk.

Attractive, comfortable, not terribly efficient

Attractive complex of individual wooden villas typical of recent explosive development on the island. Clean, comfortable accommodations but not especially welcoming. Staff is a bit surly, lacking the efficiency, experience and warmth famously found on Bali. Reception was not on duty for early morning check-out which caused a mad rush to the return ferry.

L’ensemble de l’hôtel est très bien vue superbe, belle piscine, nourriture bonne est pas chère. Le point noir c’est les chambres... les uns sur les autres, insonorisation inexistante du fait que les bungalows sont extrêmement proche. Seuls les bungalows de devant vous offre une vue sinon c’est sans aucun intérêt.. literie confortable mais chambre petite et sombre, salle de bain avec mauvaises odeurs durant tout le séjour... je ne recommande pas j’ai était déçu..

L'hôtel est très bien, beau, propre, le restaurant est excellent aussi. Le personnel est très aimable, mais pour des activités en extérieurs mieux vaut passer en direct avec les companies (diving, snorkeling, scooter, etc).
