"Hotel has a very spacious car park and close to the city centre. Inside it was very grand with beautiful furnishings. The reception and check-in were extremely friendly and helpful….thank you Carly. Some of the bedrooms have had a major make over and we had one of these. Ginormous comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom. We also had an accessible room at the back of the hotel that meant no steps for my mother, which was a real bonus. The bar was wonderful and luxurious. Breakfast had a huge range...

"Lovely hotel, great location within easy walking distance of Ironbridge and a short drive from Bridgnorth for the Severn Valley Railway, which we especially wanted to visit. The hotel is an old building with no lift and a bit of a labyrinth via stairs and corridors to the guest rooms. Staff were helpful with heavy luggage but the building may not be suitable for those with physical infirmities, unless there are guest rooms with easier access than the one we had. Excellent food. Breakfasts...
