Shipwatch E904 is a stunning 2 BED | 2 BTH waterfront condo, located on the 9th floor of the iconic Shipwatch Surf & Yacht Club in Perdido Key, FL, & offers an unforgettable vacation experience. Sleeping up to 6 guests, our serene retreat offers a fabulous blend of comfort and breathtaking views from every angle. Nestled on the picturesque Ole River, which runs the length of Ono Island, you'll be treated to spectacular vistas of the river and back bays from your private balcony, while the front balcony offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just across the street, the pristine, sugary sand of the PRIVATE beach is only a few steps away—your own paradise awaits!

The marina features ample boat slips available on a first-come, first-served basis (additional fees apply, with boat registration required within 24 hours of booking). You'll also have access to a private boat/kayak launch, boat trailer parking, and excellent fishing from the pier! Inside, you'll find a cozy electric fireplace to keep you warm on cool evenings, while two balconies—one north-facing towards the beach, and another overlooking Ole River—offer the perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the view.

Shipwatch Surf & Yacht Club is a popular Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Riverside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Gulfside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Also, just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find a Boat/Kayak Launch & Slips, along with On-Site Boat Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, prior registration and other fees apply). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. NO Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Docking or wet slip available on a first come first serve basis with trailer parking on site for $50 per stay. There is also a boat launch on site. Pre-registration is required.
