Staff was amazing from check in till time to decide if I wanted to stay for my extended trip . Zoe ,Dave,house keeping,and the manager where very helpful. Where so warm and friendly they felt like family.

Service was a little slow but eventually they got around to thanks. The staff as a whole is very nice and very cooperative. There were issues however, with the fact that the other guests were loud and noisy and awfully haven't arguments and fights and hallways. Unruly kids and adults on hallways and stairwells People allow their pets to defecate on hallway Rules of hotel (of there are any) are not enforced Wish they would repair the pool and have it ready by summer Any one that is long-term should be on the first floor.as older adults tend to have health issues

Never made it in the door. There was a crazy guy screaming at the entrance. Cops even showed up!! Also parking is tight if you have a large vehicle or is towing a trailer barely made a uturn trying to get as far away i could from that place.

Hallway doors don't close at night. It's insanely sketchy. The rooms are in rough shape (floor peeling up, paint flaking, bathroom door broken, light fixtures missing a cover). Had to leave my stay early because I felt insanely unsafe. People are loud and are sometimes up doing things at 2 in the morning.

Kitchen didn’t work. No pots or pans to use in the kitchen. The ac unit was not sealed so anything from Outside can come inside. Door looked to have been kicked in. Floor was sunk in at places not all lights worked. But it was price low so it is a you get what you pay for. In this case it needs to be about 30 dollars a night cheaper ..
