Great Location and Great Host

Incredible location on Perdido key with Private beach. Host wa very accommodating with early check in and even when we wanted to extend our stay by a day because we were enjoying ourselves so much! Will definitely book again for any stay in the area!

Wonderful place!

House was clean, well stocked, beach chairs and umbrella included! The beach was actually private, every day we were the only family! Close to great restuarants and every morning we watched the dolphins as we drank our coffee! We will definitely return!

We had a blast here, great beach, no one crowded or bothered us. House was very clean, kitchen stocked, 2 coffee makers, and tons of beach stuff. Our teens loved the kayak. We will stay again!

15 minute walk to florabama and 5 minute to CrabTrap. Beach store across the street. House was clean and beds comfortable, and had everything we needed for beach and cooking. Family had a great time

In town for a ball tournament and wanted some beach time. House was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for the beach, which saved a lot of room with all of our ball gear. boys had fun on the beach, we could watch them from the balcony of the house, it was not croweded

Easy walk to florabama and a real private beach!

So glad we chose this house! We attended a two day concert/event at Florabama and had such an easy walk there and back! It was perfect. The beach was the best, it was right there and we had it all to ourselves!!! House was clean, had everything we could possibly need. will definitely return this summer!

Hidden spot close to everything!

How have we never stayed here before? I'm so glad to have found this house! The whole trip was perfect here, the beach was not crowded at all, we could watch our kids easily and even felt safe allowing them to go back to the house alone (can't do this at the Phoenix). The house was clean, they had every beach item we needed, kitchen was very stocked. We will definitely return!

Great place, great location, amazing private beach! We felt like royalty. The beach was all to ourselves! House is beautiful and clean, felt right at home. All amenities available and more! We were able to get a late check out and stay another day at the beach! We will def be back!

Great house for a family

This house was perfect for the 6 of us, the beach was not crowded at all-practically empty. I dont usually leave reviews but yall won't understand how few of people was here. The house had a lot of beach toys for our children and the kitchen and grill was well stocked. The house was clean and my kids loved the bathtub in the master suite! We plan to come back for fall break !

Watch the dolphins play! Perfect location, quick walk to Florabama!!

I loved this house and the location seemed secluded, even though we weren't. We had to the beach to ourselves every day, we found so many neat shells and mermaid pouches. We were able to walk to Florabama in less than 15 minutes (we walked daily). Everything was clean and smelled clean when we arrived, kitchen fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We watched dolphins play every morning while we sipped our coffee. Do not hesitate to book this hidden gem, we will definitely be back next summer!

Don’t hesitate to book! This is an awesome house in an awesome location with an awesome private beach! I had the best birthday trip ever! Ariel’s house is perfection and she is such a Great hostess- She helped with dinner reservations and birthday celebrations! She provided a huge list of recommendations to make our stay so much more fun, she has umbrellas and chairs available with floats too! Kitchen was very well stocked, great blender for pina coladas lol Beds were comfy, linens were clean. Don’t hesitate to book!!! Worth every penny just for the private beach alone!!!

A / Future Kid Friendly :-)

Very clean, views of the ocean are SO peaceful, easy rental process and priced fairly. We don't have kids right now (but got little Isabella on the way! hurry hurry March 2025!) but it looks like it would be kid friendly, AND the beach is PRIVATE so no long haul for beach accessories. Also, there was not a million people in your way to where you can't even see your kid playing so mom and dad can relax more as well. We will definitely be re-booking this place again, even after our little Isabella arrives. Maybe a Halloween/Thanksgiving getaway! Can't Wait !!

Great place will book again

I reserved the first house at this location months ago, our extended family decided to tag along and we were able to secure this house from Ariel as well, last minute. I was worried with the recent reviews but decided to book anyway for convenience. Don't hesitate. Everything was as advertised and family enjoyed their stay immensely. House was clean, we did not experience any mustiness or discomfort. They include everything you need to enjoy the beach, even a kayak and lots of toys, we also found puzzles and some games that were provided as well. We plan to all return here next summer.

Beach house

The unit was in a great location, quiet and on a beautiful beach. It was perfect for 4 adults but we all agreed it needs some TLC and deep cleaning. The two mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were really uncomfortable. We discovered the oven did not work, owner was very willing to have a toaster oven delivered, so her response was appreciated. Considering the negatives, it was a good value for on the beach.

Beautiful Home & Private Beach!

First, the house! The home is beautiful and clean, loved the garage and kayak! We have 3 young boys and we had everything we needed, including baby gates for the stairs. The kitchen was very well stocked, we cooked most meals at home and did not lack anything. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was great! Large TVs with youtubeTV and more streaming services. Wifi was fast and everything worked as it should, we absolutely had a great stay! Second the BEACH! I know the description says private beach but I don't think we truly understood how empty this beach would be! We had the beach to ourselves most days! Further down, you can see everyone packed in front of the highrise condos. The house is so close to the beach, we felt comfortable sending our boys to the house to grab whatever and come back. In a highrise, we never could have done that! We will definitely return!

Great destination, but...

First, the positives far outweigh the negatives. The pictures in the listing give an accurate depiction of what to expect when you arrive. The location, my goodness, you have the beach practically to yourself, at times. It's maybe 100 yards from the backdoor to the water! There wasn't anyone within 200 yards either way on the beach two of the days we visited. The property itself was really nice, in my opinion. We had a few issues with nick nack type things, that would be nice to have fixed, but didn't detract from our visit. The beach umbrella and tent were pretty worn. Two of the sliding glass doors weren't locked when we arrived, and wouldn't lock. I notified the Ariel and would be surprised if it weren't rectified soon. As I said nick nack type issues. My wife and I only real issue was the cleaning detail, not overall cleaning, but a few missed items. We found a used floss pick on the nightstand in the master bedroom and a lot of hair on the couch in the "den". The property seemed clean overall, but maybe housekeeping missed a few spots. Didn't feel or look dirty. In the end, I really hate to have anything negative to say about such a beautiful property. I would definitely stay again as long as the issues were addressed.

Prime location, older but charming property, needs some TLC and updates to the listing

Location is wonderful. Perdido Key has the amenities of the busier spots without the crowds. This unit is ON the beach, which is private and quiet. That said, a few things about the townhouse annoyed me-mostly knick-knack things being broken. We had to fix the garage door as it had come off the track and would not work. Outdoor shower didn't work. The patio furniture pictured was not present. The patio furniture on the main deck attached to the unit was broken. A couple of the wooden deck posts were loose, which made me nervous with my small kids out there. Bathroom doorknob and some cabinet handles were falling off. Also, there are multiple decks with sliding doors, and only 1 of those actually locks. The other locks are broken, and you can't lock the unit when you go to the beach unless you want to go out and come back through the front door-which defeats the point of being on the beach. (We left it unlocked b/c it was a quiet area, but this may bother some.) Toilet bowl brush was absolutely filthy and rusty. I would have also appreciated bigger bath towels. The ones in the unit had seen better days and were tiny. Also, the sheets had a few spots on them and were polyester, which is not great in the Florida humidity. Last, the garage and basement area, while great for storage, had a strong moldy smell. I'd stay here again if the small items above were taken care of. It really is a great spot and charming area. Overall, we had a lovely trip despite those small issues.
