Come to the beach and enjoy this cozy, updated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Gulf side condo that is located on the 3rd floor in tower 3. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen for making a good home cooked meal, and a dining area with seating for 6 at the table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. With the Gulf front balcony sitting off of the living room, the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the living room, dining room and kitchen! The beautiful master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, access to the units private balcony, and a master bathroom with a stand up shower. The guest bedroom has a two twin size beds, with a TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and its own private balcony. All units include a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Please no smoking or Pets.
