Summer Vacationers or Winter Snow Birds our beautiful beach condo offers you, your family and your friends year round "Forever Summer" in a comfortable, home like atmosphere. Our private walkway is a 1 minute walk to one of the least crowded ares of the beach. No streets to cross.

Escape the hustle and bustle and relax on the beach which is located just a few steps from our condo. Let Perdido Key's rhythmic emerald green waves totally relax you, as you sit comfortably on its soft, sugar sand white beach or on our Oversized balcony with cushioned chairs and high top dining table provide ocean views. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. We have put together two notebooks for you at the condo. One has everything you need to know about the property, our favorite restaurants, things to do in the area, nearby medical facilities, etc. and another notebook with brochures, maps, area magazines, etc.

Your day at the beach can include sunbathing, sleeping, reading, swimming, walking, running, surfing or parasailing. It’s you choice, it’s your vacation! Don't want sand in your toes or sea salt in your hair? Then feel free to enjoy the private swimming pool which is heated in the winter, a hot tub and a picnic area with charcoal grills.

Our condo sleeps five and features a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size pull out sofa sleeper and a recessed bunk bed in the hall. Our condo also offers you a washer and dryer, a well-stocked kitchen, two Roku TVs; 55inch in the living room and 42 inch in the master bedroom. Private/Secure Password Protected Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo.

Our condo is a top floor, corner unit with beautiful ocean views. The oversized L shaped balcony also has a view of the pool. Our fourth floor condo is easily reached by accessing the elevator in the private parking lot, in our gated community

This was my second time staying at this property. It is a clean, tidy, charming little place. I love that I can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. And all the chairs and umbrellas are supplied! Yummy food close by too.

Great place for families!

Nice condo for my family. Location was very close to the National Gulf Shores protected beaches which were pristine and not crowded. Bed was comfortable and apt was very clean. Would have given 5 stars if decor was more up to date.

Family weekend

WE needed somewhere to stay close to our daughter condo on Perdido Key. This property was available and when we needed to change our check-in and check out time the owner was wonderful and accommodated our request. My wife described the property as "perfect" for our needs!

Relaxing weekend in paradise!

We loved everything about our stay! The renovations were amazing. Everything was top notch! Loved the blue & white color scheme throughout - my favorite! Loved the oversized balcony with a view to the ocean. Nice to have our coffee out there each morning. The walk to the beach was not that far & nice not to have to cross any roads or drive to the beach. Our wagon made it easy to carry everything down there! We definitely would love to come back & stay here! Great hosts!

Very nice!

Loved this condo! We enjoyed our long weekend. The condo is very well decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the very comfortable king size bed. All of the furnishings were in great shape and very clean. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants. I would recommend this property and we will definitely book this condo again. Communication with the owners was top notch! Excellent property!

Very relaxing and you seemed like you were at home but more relaxed

We enjoyed our stay. You felt like you were at home and everything was wonderful. It was nice to sit on balcony and look over pool and then look out and see the water from the ocean. The walk to the beach was very convenient from the condo. The location was great you did not have to go that far to the nearest grocery store or out for dinner. We even went to Orange Beach and parasailed then went to Pensacola to watch the blue angels practice and went to the Navy museum.

More issues than not.

We have stay at GCW and GCE many times since 2008. During the years that railing was being improved on the decks we stayed down the beach. Not our first rodeo. Three things stood out as a negative, the people using GCE seems to have gone down hill, from the negative and excessive rules to the rough people. I got stuck in the elevator four times. First thing I did was exit the evelator and was totally surprised by the fact that the stairs were boarded up. That is a violation of fire codes in most states! I was told that VRBO had not communiated collection of the second payment, thus we did not get the gate codes or the code for access to the condo in a confusing system until about an hour before 4:00pm. At no fault to the host or unit, I was hospitalized and we had a family emergency. Your privacy page will not accept my choices. We will work in the future with local company’s.

Good location and not as busy as pensecola.

Nice and quiet condo and a short walk to the beach. The kids loved the pool and going to the beach night to find sand crabs. Just a few cons on the condo it self. only 1 trash bag for the whole stay, we ate at least breakfast there, dinner there the first night and lunch a few times, so an extra trash bag would have been nice. I'm a clean freak, and there was dust bunnies on the wall behind the bed and on the ceiling in the bedroom. If you plan on staying a whole week bring laundry detergent to clean towles, otherwise you'll be using the same one over and over again :/. We usually stay in the destin area, and wanted to try the pensacola area this year, the ocean on this side reminds me of the Atlantic real dark, not the pretty blue green in the destin area so that was disappointing.

Gorgeous Condo !

We loved the condo , it was my husbands Birthday, upon entering through the gate property was nice and clean , got to the condo in and it was gorgeous, nice and spotless, w/ beautiful decor !! Just like I like it . Owner described it as total renovation and it was , bed was nice and firm ! Plenty of towels , shower nice , Nice washer & dryer, kitchen had EVERYTHING YOU NEED IF YOU Would be COOKING , even a Ninja blender ! The TVs lol “ it took a day but we finally figured out how to use them !! Balcony very spacious, (3) sets of chairs w/ cushions. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach too use ( nice perk ) ! View from patio was nice we spent a lot of time on the patio it was so relaxing , even with pool close to us , the property was very quite, even with kids there it was so relaxing , friendly residents that live in the complex. All in All we enjoyed this nice place with no complaints!! It was a beautiful Birthday , Memorial Day weekend for us , Thank you got sharing your gorgeous condo with us ,

Great view, right by the beach.

My friend and I, along with my 11-year-old daughter, stayed here in March 2024, and it was just as advertised. Very cute, clean, and close to the beach. The master bedroom is plenty big with lots of storage (closet, dresser), and the bathroom has plenty of storage as well. The kitchen had all of the items that we needed during our 4-day stay. The balcony is huge! They also had beach chairs, an umbrella, and other beach items. The beach is less than a minute's walk. You can see the water from the balcony. One thing we didn't know when we first arrived: The unit is on the 4th floor. However, there IS an elevator, and there are also luggage trolleys, so that was a huge help. The batteries died in the keypad/lock on the door when we were first checking in, (with our cell phones and everything locked inside) so we were locked out for several hours our first evening there, without a way to do anything. A stranger let us use their phone to call VRBO, who got us in touch with the property owner. They were very helpful and were able to send someone out with a master key who got us in. Once the battery was replaced, the keypad worked fine for the rest of the trip. But I would say always keep a cell phone (or the owner's number) with you at all times, just in case. The bunk beds in the hallway were surprisingly cozy & comfortable! We had a lovely stay, and would definitely stay there again.
