Close by is Marazion, with St Michaels Mount rising from the sea which can be reached on foot at low tide or by boat at high tide. Penzance provides shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants overlooking the harbour or take a day trip to the Isles of Scilly. St Ives offers beaches, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum.
