"Rita is wonderful! She picked us up at the train station when we arrived. The property is very beautiful and overlooking the lake with fantastic Mountain View. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it very much for our 5-night stay."

"The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever. This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. ..."
