J'ai aprécié le petit dejeuner offert grace au programme de fidélité ainsi que le cockatail de bienvenue. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et souriant.Par contre la femme de ménage devrait se renseigner pour savoir si le client est parti avant de rentrer dans la chambre"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel CDG airport not only because it’s a great hotel but also because of its location. It is very convenient coming from another terminal with the CDG VAL. The room was very quiet and clean. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is separated from the toilet (I love that! It’s so French!) I will be back."

"We arrived late for an overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and ordered a cab for us to go to the airport early the next morning. They also gave us extra water and showed us how to purchase food from their small market, as the restaurant was closed. Good choice for us."
