Entrance, living room / living room (clic-clac) open onto kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. and ottoman 1 pers., bathroom with washing machine, separate WC.
Residence (2006), 2 storeys, very quiet with small balcony, closed bicycle storage, intercom and private parking.
Please note: no rental in June to October!
