Cozy and Beautiful

Staying for one night in this beautiful, cozy, well-appointed home was definitely not long enough! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and enjoyed some dining and strolling in the heart of Perth. Wonderful accommodations.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect little getaway with my girlfriends, the place was so lovely, we all felt so comfortable, we had heat issues, and when we contacted the management, they came over within minutes to rectify our issue. Really sweet little town with lots of beautiful shops and places to eat.

Charming 3-bedroom house within walking distance of downtown Perth, and it was a delightful experience. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The house itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds that made for restful nights. The amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Gem in Perth

Stunning stone home in the perfect area within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Decor is gorgeous from the top of the line appliances, RH fixtures, to the most comfortable beds. We will most definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Perth.

Perfect place to disconnect

Rustic charm meets modern accommodations. This place had everything we needed, a nice warm inviting feeling as soon as you stepped inside the door, steps away from shops and restaurants and a quiet environment to relax after a day out. I will be coming back.

The restored stonehouse was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Perfect accommodations for our girl's weekend. Location was fabulous. Walking distance to the lovely shops, restaurants and parks in Perth. Communication with our host, Nick, was great. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful home

The house is immaculate with touches of old charm and modern amenities. The beds were so comfortable that I slept in for the first time in years. It was the perfect spot to prepare for a wedding, and to also unwind after. I only wish I got more time to enjoy it as it was hard to leave! 10/10

Stunning Property

The online photos do not do this property justice! There is attention to EVERY detail. The location in the quaint town of Perth is walkable to shopping and dining. This is a must stay. Nick is extremely responsive. Loved it! We will be back for sure.

Beautifully restored century home in a perfect location.

We stayed for a week over Christmas. The home suited our needs perfectly. We could walk to restaurants, shop at two local grocery stores, and meander through the park. The kitchen was very functional and was used extensively this trip.The bathrooms were modern and spacious. The home is simply and elegantly decorated. The fit and finish is superb. We will return!

Bike Trip/Shopping/Friends Getaway

We enjoyed this beautiful home for so many reasons. Decor, cleanliness, comfortable bedding, modern appliances and furnishings. Fantastic furnishings, nicely renovated. The proximity to downtown was an ELEVEN! We enjoyed the shops and eateries. A few smaller bowls for dinner prep would be appreciated along with a functioning ice-maker. There were plenty of quality dishes and flatware, glasses and mugs. Sadly, we experienced a musty smell from the beginning to the end of our 3 night stay, despite air purifier efforts. This is apparently not a common occurrence so we would probably come back again for all the other positive reasons. Would love to know some of the history of this incredible home. ◦

Love the Reno - the property is a beauty.This should be a 5/5 property, but there were some unexpected things- like problems with the front door, lack of cooking knives and mixing bowls for example, and incorrect contact info sent by email, that made it less than it should be.
