Another fabulous stay in The Townhouse. Spacious, comfortable and they have thought of everything. The best night’s sleep away from home since the last time I stayed here. David is a great host and makes a superb breakfast. Perfect location for Perth.

Wonderful place - lovely big room with nice interior and bathroom - lots of nice touches eg. scones with clotted cream in room on arrival, filter coffee and shortbread too. Breakfast was great - couldn't fault a thing!

A stunning home

The most amazing stay, home away from home. David is extremely thoughtful and a great host. We were upgraded to a larger and marvellous room. The breakfast was delicious with best fresh produce. Thank you and we promise to return when in Perth.

Amazing stay at The Townhouse

Loved our two night stay at The Townhouse. More than lived up to all the great reviews. The room was fabulous, a huge space, beautifully decorated, with lovely touches all round. David is a superb host, with a high attention to detail, very welcoming, and provider of a knock out breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Townhouse.

Can’t say enough great things!

My mom and I stayed here and felt so lucky we booked such a nice place. We felt welcomed, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, parking was easy to access on our stay, property centrally located, breakfast was amazing and the price we thought was more than reasonable. A unique experience outside of the usual forgettable commercial hotel we could have stayed at, but how boring that would’ve been.

A Little piece of Heaven

We had a lovely stay at The Townhouse last week. Everything was beautiful David met us when we arrived. The home made scones were delicious. Everything was spotless and decor was gorgeous. Breakfast looked lovely although we only wanted cereal and toast. Next time we are in Perth we will certainly stay at The Townhouse.

The Townhouse is one of the best places I have ever stayed at in my life. David is a delight and absolutely wonderful. The care and attention he provides to his guests as well as all the thoughtful details in their beautiful B&B go above and beyond. Definitely would recommend staying at The Townhouse, I wish I could give more than a rating of 5/5. Thank you David, and perhaps I will plan a trip back to Scotland just to stay there again!

We loved The Townhouse; there was private parking, David helped with our luggage, the property is lovely, and every guest was given individual attention and care. The bed was very comfortable, scones and tea and coffee and bottles water and chocolates were already in the room as well as a fan. The toiletires were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. However, best of all, was the breakfast cooked by David. This was the best breakfast we had by far in scotland and i will be trying to copy his fruit salad and hollendaise sauce. This is an excellent place to stay in Perth and we wish we had stayed more nights.

The perfect return visit

A return visit to the townhouse in Perth, we’ve never been disappointed, this truly is a lovely place to spend a few days. I would highly recommend this a perfect place to stay for couples or families.

Staying here was like a dream. The most perfectly curated space with no detail overlooked resulting in a quintessential English B&B experience. The house and rooms were impeccably clean. Incredible and unique B&B

First class for comfort and style. Location perfect, cleanliness first rate, marvellous beds and shower. Breakfast delicious and very welcoming hosts. So many extras as a courtesy and so many interesting items on display, it was an absolute delight. This must be the best place to stay in Perth and surrounding area. Will definitely be back (and not a sound at night! 😴)
