"We stayed for 4 days at this hotel. July 2026. It is a dated hotel which was build in the 60's but the service and the food is top notch. Rooms are very clean and sheets are changed daily. The hotel is on the beach, so included were beach chairs and sun umbrella. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. We could have gone out for lunches and dinners but the food was so good we stayed. Everything was very homemade. Staff was always around to assist you."

"Breakfast was awesome .. variety of offerings; staff most accommodating .. offer of choice of beverage was immediate on arrival to breakfast. Location couldn't be better .. located on beautiful plaza; walk from the Pescara train station; walk to the beach; walk to retail stores, walk to modern art museum. Room not huge, but certainly adequate and comfortable."

"Describes itself as a hotel and spa. Not sure where the spa was hiding? Great location though. Fab beach and pine woods. Walked to the centre for excellent dinner. Hotel is tired and need updating."

"Absolutely amazing choice for our stop from north to south Italy!!! The pool is unbelievable for the whole family with amazing shape and great fresh water that brings you back to life. The room super clean and great bathroom with many many towels for everyone. Breakfast also something amazing just as we wanted."

"Clean rooms. The staff speaks Eenglish very well and they were welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is located in an area that's near the train and bus station. The beach is also close as well as many, many dining choices."

"The property is beautiful, on-site parking always a bonus, and the rooms are adequate for what our needs were. The breakfast was a wonderful layout & staff was great. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was poor. It was cool air coming out, it just wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room. The shower had great water pressure; however, the drain was very slow & I do not prefer standing in water while bathing."
