"The room was big enough as I had a family room, but there were no bed side tables or lamps. Only one main light which was by the window. The bathroom had no where to put your toiletries, even the toilet roll had no holder, the shower was very small with a curtain again no where to put anything you use in the shower. It advertised breakfast and food but did neither. Very noisy at night with music. Wouldn't recommend my room for family for this reason. No good for anyone with mobility issues as a maze of up and down stairs."

"Quiet, efficient family run hotel, lovely staff, good value and nice breakfast. 10-minutes easy walk from Ryde seafront/Esplanade, and from St John's Road station."

"It certainly was a cosy stay. Lovely and warm on entering which was good as it was sheeting rain as we arrived! The house is really well equipped, quiet and well located. The only negative things I’d say are that the furnishings and paintwork are looking a little tired in places. Curtains not hanging on hooks, paintwork chipped, bathroom needs some tlc, outside entrance area again just a bit scruffy but overall fine. "

"A lovely property in a prime location. All 15 family members enjoyed the experience and would consider staying there again.The owner was always quick to respond to any questions the group had and made the whole process very easy. "

"The house is beautiful and very well located. Easily accessible to all areas within the island. It was lovely to be able to stay in such a nice property which was very well equipped and is overlooking the sea. Perfect house for a family stay. Couple of things to recommend it was very hot when we arrived and the top of the house in particular was very warm. Would recommend purchasing some fans. Overall the house was very clean but I think the cleaners had missed the toilets so would make sure this is checked going forward. Thank you for a wonderful stay "
