Comfortable and relaxing 3 Bedroom home with garden access near seaside. Suitable for families, contractors and working professionals. Spacious communal area to meet, discuss and plan projects etc.

Seaham, Shippersea Bay and Easington beaches are less than 15mins drive away ( 2 within walking distance).

The infamous Stadium of Light and Beamish Museum are 12.8miles and 20miles away respectively.

The Washington Wetland Centre is great place for kids and is 20mins drive away.

Very spacious open areas to meet and discuss as family or work group.

Parking is free. However if you do not drive you can hire a local taxi service called Blueline Taxis. You can pay them using cash or card.
