The rooms were spotlessly clean, with housekeeping service twice a day, which we really appreciated. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent — very generous, with fresh eggs made to order. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. However, we didn’t find the hotel restaurants particularly cosy, and the prices felt a bit steep considering the quality of the food served.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel, highlighted by its beautiful garden and the warm, welcoming demeanor of the staff. However, we did encounter some challenges. There was a persistent issue with the hot water, which was a bit disappointing. While the staff were friendly and attentive, it would have been helpful if they were more transparent about this ongoing concern. For families traveling with toddlers, we greatly appreciated the present found in our room. We did find the playroom lacking in activities suitable for younger children. Expanding the offerings in this area would enhance the experience for families with toddlers. Additionally, we faced some unfavorable weather during our stay, with cold, windy, and rainy days. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have more blankets readily available for guests during such occasions, ensuring everyone stays comfortable.

Had a truly lovely experience at Palm Spa Reunion ✨ The staff really deserve to be highlighted – they are kind, attentive, and highly professional, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting, and the spa is absolutely fantastic – perfect for fully relaxing and unwinding. The whole atmosphere is just spot on. The food was also really good and completed the experience 👌 A small tip: make sure to book your spa experience in advance, as it’s a popular place. Highly recommended!

Im Palm Hotel & Spa hat man sich gleich zuhause gefühlt. Das Auto wurde geparkt und der Check-In war komfortabel inkl. Begrüßungsgertränk und Hotel-Rundgang. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gab sogar einen Trinkwasserspender, sehr angenehm. Wir haben in allen Restaurants gegessen, alles hervorragend. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die Anwendung im Spa-Bereich war sehr schön. Und die Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft über der Plage Grande Anse. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Entrada y ubicación excelentes, desayuno muy completo, piscina infinita y una de ellas con agua caliente. La habitación tiene que mejorar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, la ducha no tenía presión, se escuchaba a los vecinos como si estuvieran en tu habitación, y el de la planta de arriba se les oía solo con andar y al bajar por las escaleras metálicas. Un hotel de 5 estrellas gran lujo debe de tener una insonorizados mejor. Por cierto, si quieres cenar en los restaurantes te recomiendo que reserves, si no el señor antipático del restaurante te va a decir que sin reserva nada de nada.

Nous avions initialement réservé une suite de catégorie supérieure. Cependant, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée présentait une forte odeur de moisissure, rendant le séjour impossible (maux de gorge et maux de tête). Nous avons donc dû demander un changement de chambre. et dans la 2eme chambres pas d'eau chaude. Au vu du tarif de la chambre, cette situation nous semble inacceptable. Le changement a également entraîné une perte de temps, et aucun geste commercial significatif n’a été proposé, à l’exception d’un cocktail offert.

Nous avons séjourné au Palm Hotel & Spa pour célébrer nos 20 ans de mariage et l’expérience a été absolument exceptionnelle. Tout est beau, élégant et parfaitement entretenu : les infrastructures sont modernes, chic et très confortables, avec des chambres magnifiques et une vue superbe. L’accueil et la qualité du personnel sont remarquables, avec une multitude d’attentions et un service irréprochable, que ce soit en chambre, à la piscine ou dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et le restaurant du soir est absolument délicieux, avec une cuisine raffinée et un niveau de service remarquable. L’emplacement est parfait, avec Grande Anse juste en contrebas et un point de départ idéal pour rayonner dans le sud de l’île ou vers le volcan. Un véritable cinq étoiles, rare sur l’île, où l’on se sent accueilli comme des rois et où l’on aurait volontiers prolongé le séjour.
