Room was great! Staff was helpful. Only thing i wasnt a fan of was this loud noise coming from the above floor. It sounded like big speaker bass sounds all night abd bc of that we had such a hard time sleeping. Place is nice and clean

The hotel staff helpful and friendly. A hotel can be “clean”, but still feel dirty when carpets get old and show stains and age. When you pay this much for a hotel, you want to have it be better. Definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards.

Good swimming and hot tub. Easy to get to but tight parking. Showers were the worst I've seen when it comes to water volume. There is a handy limo service on site.

Friendly staff. Room was very clean with ample towels. The breakfast bar lots of options and it was fresh. I really enjoyed the walnuts to top off my yogurt. We didn’t use the limousine service, but a great feature to offer for hotel guests. Highly recommended hotel!

Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well.
