Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful setting at a reasonable price. If you’d like to be off of the hustle and bustle of Lake Cuomo, then this is the place for you. The restaurant was fine. The Lakeside bar was fantastic.

The staff at the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel’s pool area and restaurant were absolutely stunning! The room was a little dated, but clean and air-conditioned. We definitely recommend it!

Lakeside garden was very restful and the swimming pool was clean and quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel at home. The hotel's jetty for the boat services on the lake was very convenient.

Lakeside hotel in a beautiful area.

A good hotel with large pool,plenty of loungers and options to kayak, water ski, paddle board. Everyone was very friendly and the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was good. The older part of the hotel could do with some modernisation but overall we had a relaxing and pleasant stay. The area is absolutely beautiful!!!

The hotel is in a lovely location on Lake Orta, within close proximity to Orta San Giulio. However, the hotel itself is looking rather shabby and is in need of a makeover. The rooms are a good size, but the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep with it switched on. Unfortunately, without the air conditioning, the rooms become uncomfortably hot. The hotel was reasonably clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were terrible. There was, however, a good selection of cold continental breakfast options, and the cappuccinos were excellent. We would probably not stay here again,

This was a great hotel with reasonable prices, and the staff was excellent. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom door- it’s very loud opening it and if you have to go in the night it will wake someone up!

Check in and staff (cleaning and breakfast) were professional l. Excellent breakfast. Distinctly above average. The view of the lake was outstanding. The hotel is run down though. It has a 70s/80s vibe. Shame the owners haven't considered investing in a face lift.
