Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center
We checked in only to be told the elevators were down and would have to climb and carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs.

Best Western Plus University Inn
Room was ok..for One night stay... Staff ..well we waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the front desk. I finally called and they must of heard the phone I ne. She came finally...it was 5:30 pm. .. Breakfast has a nice variety... Parking is very good On plus. Its close to resturants

La Casita .
Cute little renovated home VERY close to UNCSA, which is what I wanted. House is comfortable and well- appointed. It IS a college town, close to campus, so there were predictably some parties going on on the block , but nothing too distracting. I’ll stay here again. It’s an EXCELLENT value
