"Owners barely speak English, power outages, taped up elevator buttons, everything was out of order. "

"I asked for a refund, I was unable to stay in the room, I have pictures of stains that resemble blood, and trash left in the sofa bed, etc etc I documented it ALL ! "

"Was there for a funeral, not a vacation and needed to stay for a week. I’m from the area, so I wanted to stay close to the freeway and there’s plenty of options for whatever you might need. The rate was great and I wasn’t expecting much based on that, you get what you pay for. The bed was okay, no back pain after 6 nights. The pillows were terrible, the microwave was old and beat up like the cooktop. The biggest thing that I had to get past was the bathroom condition, it wasn’t filthy but the remodel makes it look really dirty. I did clean the bathroom and the floor while I was there to feel comfortable. I had coffee every morning but, I didn’t eat the instant oatmeal and muffins that were the only choices. Like I said, you get what you pay for. "

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel needs a major deep clean on the rooms and a repaint and carpet replacement as well."

"Room was lovely, quiet and warm during the temperature drop. However, the fridge did not have a freezer, it was obviously broken and needs the whole unit replaced unless you can re-install a freezer into the existing unit. I needed ice, and that didn't happen."

"The place was very clean and it had lots of room to enjoy family. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Nick and Sarah were very responsive with our questions. We will stay here again when visiting our family that lives nearby. "
