We arrived at the hotel at 5 p.m., but our room still wasn't ready for check-in. They offered us a larger room, but only for an additional cost. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. Overall, it was disappointing.

Stayed here for a conference. Staff not clear in their communications or helpful in general. Tried to charge me for early check in when I had paid for the night begore so that I could check in. Room was cold.

Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were just there for one night so didn’t really need/take advantage of the amenities. Overall, a clean and comfortable room. Perfect for short stays.

The service was exceptional, gracious and helpful. Rooms were large and lovely. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff was so welcoming, we felt so pampered.
