Cozy Furnished 2BR /2BA Pet Friendly Apartment by RedAwning

A fantastic fully furnished apartment in the Center City West neighborhood in

Philadelphia. In great location - easy transportation access and walking

distance from many dining venues, high-end stores, nightlife hot spot, and

more. Enjoy the convenience of an on-site fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe,

with an access to a vibrant central courtyard and a panoramic view from Sky

terrace with BBQ area.



“We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be

allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that

the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is

different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment

is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are

acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment

which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the

photos”

No pets are allowed

The maximum length of stay is 14 days.



No parking is available onsite but we do provide parking options which are

near to the property. For more details, please contact host.



A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.



Check-in time is after 4PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM - we appreciate you

abiding to these times because often there is someone checking in the same day

you are checking out.



During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation

as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect

and to be considerate to your neighborhood. In order for you to get the most

out of it, we recommend you to follow these few simple rules. These will avoid

any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good

order.



Sofa Bed: Full size bed good for 1 Adult or 2 Child (not more than 11 years)



Number of allowed guest: Max 5 Adults and 1 Child (not more than 11 years)



NO Smoking [Strict NO SMOKING Policy]

No pets are allowed

The maximum length of stay is 14 days



Keys are a minimum of fee/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost,

or not returned on time before 11am. You will be fully responsible for damages

and noise complaints.



"We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other

valuables left unattended in guest rooms. We are also not responsible for

articles/valuables left behind by guests and found after departure of the

guest".



Please DO NOT go to leasing office instead directly call customer hotline

number for any concerns.



Please note that if you are bringing a pet, you need to pay an additional per

pet per stay pet fee. This will be collected separately, prior to your

arrival. Vaccination records needed.



Parking: On site parking - payable on site ; Fee range from $15-$20 - We also

Rittenhouse stay

The place was ok, not worth the price point and could use a good cleaning including all the dishes. If you need to be right there then the cost may way out but other than that it should certainly be more competitive.
