My husband and I stayed one night at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Street Road in Bensalem, PA, and we had absolutely zero complaints! The hotel has recently undergone renovations, and although I can’t speak to its appearance beforehand, everything during our stay was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. There was plenty of parking, and the parking lot was well-lit, which we appreciated. Our room (323) was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The carpet appeared well-maintained, the bed was as comfortable as you can reasonably expect from a hotel bed, and the bathroom was spotless. We could actually smell the cleaning products, including what smelled like bleach, which gave us an added sense of reassurance about the cleanliness. The hallways and carpeting were also clean, and the elevators were functioning without issue. Although the hotel is pet-friendly and allows both dogs and cats, we didn’t encounter any animals or notice any unpleasant pet odors throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The breakfast area was clean, organized, and offered a nice variety of options, including waffles, oatmeal, biscuits, assorted breads and pastries, sausage, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, and juices. There was certainly enough variety to satisfy different preferences. Both check-in and checkout were quick and seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly, pleasant, and welcoming.

Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions.

I would give this place 5 stars as soon as renovations are done (elevator shaft makes a pretty scary sound and the ends of the halls are in reno) because the staff, room and food were terrific! Plus, parking was easy peasy.
