The front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing. But the room was old, it was noisy, the bathroom was in bad shape, the soap and shampoo dispenser was empty. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit. But the employees were wonderful! Location is great if you need a close to airport hotel. But it was still expensive!

Staff were excellent , friendly . The room was dirty and my white socks were brown after walking on the carpet as well as stains all over the carpet . Drapes were all torn bums living outsidey room in the parking lot .generally very noisy room .

Second time we have stayed here. Great hotel! Transport to/from airport. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice patio in back of hotel overlooks Delaware River. Nice place to sit and relax. Staff and front desk very friendly and helpful! We definitely will stay there again next time we go to Philly

Not satisfied with my recent stay here. The key didn’t work even after one the staff members rekeyed it 3x. He ended up switching my. Took about 30 minutes to get inside my room after flying for 7 hours, that last thing I wanted to do is wait for anything. The carpet was severely stained. The coffee station in the room had no cups, creamers, sugars, etc. the fridge in the room didn’t cool and was leaking inside of it. Ended up throwing away my leftovers. In the eating area in the lobby, there was about 7 rotten oranges when I arrived. The following morning when I went down for breakfast they were still there. Once the lady who handles the breakfast finished cleaning up, the oranges were still there… I should’ve took a photo. The gentleman that was there when I arrived was very nice and accommodating. However, the guy that was there when I left the following morning was not friendly what so ever. I went up to him on my way out just to let him know I’ve checked out of my room and he just gave me a thumbs up and continued walking. I typically LOVE holiday inn, but idk wth this was. Lastly, I saw several men walking around the hotel and just hanging out in the lobby. I did notice they had a room but it almost gave the vibe they were practically living there? I’m not sure.. check the cameras I guess. It was cheap, dirty, old and was overly priced at about $200 per night…. INSANE. Not happy at all.

Checkin: The receptionist couldn’t find our reservation when we first arrived. I confirmed the last name and she said she had nothing. When I asked her if she would like my Expedia confirmation number she said ‘no, I can’t look it up by that’. I gave her my phone to show her the reservation and she was able to find it. Keys: Only one of the two issued keys worked. Room: The heat was on when we walked in, it’s June. Body wash container was empty. Brown stains on the side of the bed we don’t notice until it was time to check out. “Breakfast”: absolutely horrendous, terrible, disgusting. Dry, old, stale mess. For over $250 dollars for a night and off the beaten path just go somewhere else.

There was a hole in the shower, the trim around the closet was coming off, one of the closet doors was off the track, the carpet was old and dirty and the neighborhood sketchy. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers did a great job!

Room was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Carpeting a little worn but not musty or anything like that. Bathroom modern. Shower pressure strong. Free breakfast was excellent—can’t say enough god things about it. Free shuttle on time—driver professional. This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express—will try others based on this stay.

I have always stayed at Holiday Inn while traveling but this was time was disappointing. The bed in our room was soaked in urine. I went to let the front desk aware and was told they would let management know. I was offer another room but the room we stayed in had double beds.

Gross! I would recommend NOT staying here. There are stains on ceiling and rugs, broken AC knobs and vending machines, overflowing garbage outside. I had first floor room with window outside to vacant lot with lots of lights and junk. And shuttle from airport was not frequent.
