Staff was phenomenal. It was first stay and from concierge to front desk was awesome. Room was very comfortable. Only mild hiccup was on leaving there was a delay with someone being parked /blocking the driveway/ valet area.

Room was clean and in a great corner location. We only stayed one night so didn't need much as far as amenities. We did use the coffee maker and appreciated the glasses for water and other beverages that we bought in the market downstairs. Staff was friendly (acknowledged me at check-out as the person who checked us in - which I appreciated). We'd stay here again on our next Philly trip!

A beautiful property and amazing staff. I will say that the staff is amazing, but it appeared to be shortstaffed in public restaurants and bars applying more pressure on your service team, which resulted in poor service as well as your team, losing fortuity opportunities. Outside of that, I thought your hotel was fantastic.

Our daughter had a cheer competition at the Convention Center. It was extremely convenient that the hotel was attached especially with the snowy weather! It was also in a great location for Philadelphia Festive fun!!
